Guest naturbo2000 Posted February 19, 2009 Report Share Posted February 19, 2009 I had a nice chat with a lady at the retentions dept today - stating that I wanted my PAC code, because I want a Touch HD and they don't carry it. Short story even shorter (and after offering me virtually every other phone they do Nokias through Blackberrys through G1!), she'd offer me a free Vario IV on Flext 30 (18 months) but no mention that they'd have the Touch HD soon. It _is_ listed on T-mobile via mobilephonesdirect (£35 a month), but that involves the usual hoop-jumping to keep hold of my phone number (told me they couldn't offer T-mobile upgrades at all!).
