what is the difference btw Singapore ROM and Phillipines

Hi, I have an omnia which had a singapore Rom preinstalled in it but I currently live in the Scandinavian countries. I therefore changed the Preconfiguration in the Internal menu to fit my operator since it was not available. I would like to upgrade to the latest Rom, but I was thinking if I can upgrade using the Phillipines ROM, and what is the difference between the Singapore Rom and the Phillipines ROM?, I basically only use the omnia in the english language.

A little bit of advice from people who have better knowledge abt ROMS of different countries would be greatly appreciated.

the difference betwen both Roms is if chinese is included or not:

Phillipines, Indonesia --> DX ROMs --> just English

Malaysia, Singapore --> DZ ROMs --> English + Chinese

xt9 languages included in both ROMs: English, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, French, German, Italian, Spanish.
