On this Honeycomb or No Honeycomb debate -- Isn't it just a very simple matter of checking or not checking Settings/System/ Large Display????

If this is so, doesn't this make it easy for both groups to be happy at the same time with same rom????

A little bit of memory is used for Honeycomb. Cheap price to pay for everyone to be happy with one rom version, IMHO.

Am I missing something here???

No honeycomb or yes honeycomb isn't a matter of checkin or unchecking the box for Large Display? When you uncheck large display that gives you the program listing instead of the dropdown menu on the home screen. No honeycomb or honeycomb refers to the honeycomb shadowing around each icon in the start menu when large display is unchecked.

Not best explanation... but trying.

Hi sector,

fantastic work!!!

Only two small complains:

1) When i charge the telphonr now the top led doesn't seem to switch to green anymore

2) Time/alarms...the new interface to set alarms was quite cool in my vanilla omnia...is it possible to get

it back?

Good explanation I think. So as to that, if you want the Honeycomb format, I think a light Outline looks good.

had mine running 6.5 now for a day. its great, i love it. only thing i didnt like as mentioned above, is setting the alarms is kinda crap now...

otherwise you've come along way from the beginning where it was barely omnia compatible. kudos :excl:

hi, it`s quite simple to change the default alamrs to the one you like best. simply go to 2 post & read the example from sector about that :excl:

CHome Editor v1.5 beta is out and it works great.....some one got problem with picture. to solve this problem just copy your (icon.png)and paste it in your MY Device\My Documents . CHome Editor looks for.png format in MY Device\My Documents oR My Storage\My Documents. it works great for me. :excl:

will it been the final release

is 6.5 going live in may or what????

any ideas when marketplace goes live.

WILL WE EVER GET A GOOD SMS AND EMAIL CLIENT ON WinMo......

no idea dude.. all heresay.. not sure how much difference the official release will be though..

I'd prefer to have the hex to be shown only for the selected icon, not as a background for the whole programs screen

really doesn`t matter. is the cpr file that defines the icons size

Id actually like the hex to be the background, i think it gives shape and structure and makes it look nicer 8-)

this is just 1 picture to be replaced. i think it is better to have some things by default and options so users can modify it.

next release hexagons will be removed totaly.

i can provide hexagons cab for the hexs lovers.

wm7 will be also cooked and most probably will run smoother than now. working with Genix9 and real author to finalize it.

dont know for now what else will be added or removed but i like to surprise you :D .

dont know either when the new version is coming so it is better to be patient. better than flashing the phone every 2-3 days lol.

I have one issue with the 21210 LITE. When I install the Samsung BIG Control Volume by QBUS I loose the Rotation Landscape on all APP (SPB, Opera, IE, Menu etc...). I tested to install RotationService but same issue :'(. The CAB from QBUS works fine on Sector's ROM. Why I loose the Rotation Landscape on the Khunchai's ROM ?

I tested to Hard reset, reflash, soft-reset... Same issue.

i havent removed UI control volume. dont install it again on my rom. you can install the rotationservice though!

No, i haven't writing in the good post.

In your rom the CAB is already install but in the Khunchai's ROM the CAB isn't install and I test actualy the Khunchai's ROM and when I install the Big Control Volume by QBUS, I loose the Rotation Landscape :D

In your rom, i haven't any problem beacause it's already install.
