I can confirm the file from medialink is broken.

The one from rapidshare is fine.

What's the best program available for managing which programs use the auto-rotate function and those that don't... I do realize I am in the wrong thread but I figure ya'll could point me in the right direction. Also does anyone have the .cab for the titanium editor that only allows you to move panels up and down and disable them as that is no longer included in M3

active sync not working on my samsung - using m3 rom.. doesn't allow me to setup a partner ship, nor does it bring up the windows mobile device centre upon connecting.. :lol:

EDIT: false alarm.. rebooted and now works.. :D sorry

i am using S2U2 with L2 didn't flash to M3 yet, will do it today... but the weather is showing the right temperature but not the right icon... i changed the weather icons in S2U2 to stardock small png but still have the issue, i know it is not the right thread but does anyone faced this and get to a solution? thanks in advance...

Task bar elite doesn't seem to work correctly on M3. Missing icons and start button is not press-able.

I have found only one problem so far with M3. I cannot delete emails from the Delete folder by "Tools/Empty Deleted Items" or "Tools/Clear xxx-name".

Anyone else having this problem???

Sorry, quick question

How can I turn on seeing a list of valid emails when starting to type a name when creating an email?

ie I start typing Adam in Outlook to send an email and all email addresses with Adam are shown to then be selected.

At the moment I need to type the full email address but I have most in my Contacts.

Hi I am new to custom rom and curious to know, what should I download to flash my phone?

I am using a stock i900. Should I fail to flash to custom rom, can I revert to the original Samsung firmware?

need advise before I flash and go on custom.

as to nixxss's issue, I cannot afford to lose that function as I need it to update my emails. Is this an issue that can be resolved?

When in email field , press centre button and find email addresses via this route. The way you were suggesting hasnt worked for ages.

Lock screen seems to be screwed in M3. Once in a while some

grey mess appears on the screen when locking instead of the

usual lock screen.

I believe you've enabled ICS. When you set up a new connection with ActiveSync it will give you the option to "Disable data connections when activeSync is in use" which will prevent Windows XP using your Omnia as a portable modem, which won't work without the Omnia USB Modem drivers. Check your ActiveSync settings.

If you ARE trying to use the Omnia as a USB modem, download and install the USB drivers.

lushomnia, I think most times when a ROM is unsuccessful it's just a matter of reflashing the ROM again. As long as you follow all instructions properly, you should be fine, though you might want to double check posts with people who have actually bricked their phones. I'm yet to see anyone who has bricked their phone whilest following instructions. Either download a copy of the official ROM, or make a backup of your current ROM before you flash.

gavinfabl, this works fine in the WM6.5 ROM I'm using. I'm not sure if there's an option to enable it or disable it though.

hey dude, i put in all my settings and waited a while for active sync to sync.. however after i left it for about 5 - 10 min and started seeing appointments come up, looked at phone and it was syncing, however while i had it connected it refused to go online.. Another thing is when set to connect via active sync and connected to computer, it came up with dialogue u get when u connect an external hdd asking u what u wanna do with connected device. Usually used to cum up with windows mobile device centre straight away.. however if i open device centre, i can initiate a sync.. its just different..so in response to lushomia, u can still sync.. and i wouldnt ever go back to stock rom.. so much better looking and so many better functions in new roms.. :D thanx 2 sector and his minions.

Hi Sector,

Thanks for your brilliant work and great roms but when this happens the phone freezes and I cant show snapshot. The way I got it to do this is if you lock the phone in potrait then tilt the phone and unlock. Next lock phone in landscape a few times and try to unlock and this grey mesh appears on the left hand side of screen.

It`s a good rom now!!!

i`have only 2 problem now:

1) The Sync whit activesync work correctly but it go in loop. infact the contact's sync start every 2 second when i connect my omnia....

2) I can't remove the "PROGRAMS" plugin from the sheel, if i go to CHOME i see the label "program" in the list of the enabled plugin, but in the list of "aviable plugin" there is the label "Programs" and if i enable it then in the home screen appear two Programs plugin, one whit label "programs" and the second whit label "Program" (the difference is the CAPS for the P letter)... how can i remove "programs"??
