Guys do i have to update my Phone part to DXID1 before installing N1. im currently running DXIA2 Phone part. and is there a significant difference between DXID1 and DXIA2? please let me know soon because im about to flash my phone with N1

I don't know what the differences are. But so far I havent noticed too big changes, positive nor negative. But! If you want the DXD1 radio rom you first have to upgrade to L2 and then to N1. Because L2 includes the radio rom. Perhaps it's possible to only upgrade the phone part, thought I saw something here on the forums. But I can't remember where, I used the L2 to upgrade first hehe :D

Hi shenster,

It's just easy/quickest to flash L2 that does update phone part to D1. Then flash N1 (or stay at L2). You will notice that the roms with the phone part are about 20m bigger than those without, and take longer to flash.

hi guys,

i am using N1 and it is a great rom stable, however i have an issue and i don't know what is related to, i am using spb ms3 and whenever i open a program it get closed by itself and get back to the spb home page... it happens in all programs.

any one have faced the same issue?

any solution or advice?

Having same problem. Just was over at SPB Club site and there is long thread for 3 weeks about this and the MS3 that mods/techs cannot figure out whats up. It is happening on other devices. So it is not Omnia or our cooked roms related.

The only clue is there has been some success by NOT doing upgrades over old Mobile Shell. but to do remove and clean install of latest version. I am trying combos of this. Looked good for awhile but when I reloaded saved MS3 settings got problem again. So I am reinstalling and redoing all my favs and Lifestyle setup.

Hope this works because new 6.5 roms and MS3 really rocks. :D I'll be looking for Lite rom without titanium or M2M from sector.

i just flashed to N1. Great rom.

Noticed:

1. Memory on board now left with only 85+ mb stock after flashed (previously in M3 it was 110+ mb stock after flashed)

>Is this normal, or did i missed some steps?

2. REMOVE PROGRAM does not show anything/information (Resolved after 2 soft reset)

Removed MS3 from Activesync.

Ran setup (not cab) for MS3 beta 3, build 6488.

Changed to Lifestyle screen and changed background.

Added several icons to Lifestyle screen.

Checked several other apps between above steps.

No flashbacks to MS3 yet. – Yea! :lol:

first time for me with titanium weather and i dunno how the change city .

how do i copy the loc code to my phone ?

i know it must be simply but i,m stupid at this :D

you need to check ur city code from the attached folder in post number 2 and then open the settings in titanium weather by clicking on the right soft key Menu, and then and then double click forecast option set up

and then type your city code in there and then press cancel

and then press run full update and exit.

PS: if u want tell me your city and i will write you the code that u have to type there

i did a soft reset and now it is working, ( i don't know also i have uninstalled phone extension and i don't know if it is related to it) now i am reinstalling and will update later...

What is SPB ms3??!! If you mean SPB 3 the shell plugin for wm then I use it and I dont have the problem you describe!

yea, it is spb mobile shell 3, i had the issue, but now it is working... actually it is John replied earlier, there is a long discussion regarding this issue in the spb 3 club forum since 3 weeks, and too many people are having this issue, not only with omnia and with n1 rom

Latest rom is very stable. Only problem so far is that I can't restore backup for "text" using spb backup (everything else restores fine). Never had this problem with earlier versions or roms by others. Anyone else having this problem?

My Enhanced GPS worked via Edge. And then used GPSgate and then TomTom6. All seemed OK.

the final version is out long ago i think in april 21... anyway, it is working now, that's the most important...

any idea on how to permanently hide the sim contacts (apart from deleting them lol ) sztupy's fav hackings works but they come back after soft-reset
