no it works. i have test it...

maybe because u installed before the previous cab.

here is also office wm6.5 it can be installed on My Storage <_<. I have modified the previous cab and fixed for 6.5

Am I the only one with problems using WMDC on Win 7 with latest rom P1N?

Reinstalled and reflashed still constantly says "connecting" on WMDC Screen.

Any ideas?

Also, anyone had any problems with GPS and TomTom/Google Maps with the O1 Roms?

Hi sector;

2 major problems in ur O1L roms:

1 - When receiving incoming calls, beep sound occurs every 3-4 secs alongside ringtone. Any idea?

2 - Wifi auto disconnect when phone goes into idle mode/sleep mode.

Any1 facing same problem?

Yes you can do it. I have fixed it.

Hi Sector, I've installed your latest Rom and sadly I still get an error when creating a new panel with new application page. CHome Editor just crashed and won't allow adding new application pages.

This is what I did.

I first created a new panel called "games", then created a new page withing the "games" panel. So far it works perfectltly, but then when I want to select an .exe file for the games in the "ACTION URL" tab the program crashes/closes itself.

Has anyone else expierenced this problem?

Anyway..thx again for the nice ROM.

after u put the rom .. connect ur phone via active sync .. and put a file in the root folder called "welcome.not" it will pass the alignment .. then u could use the favorite hacking to align it

Amazing ROM, best ROM's ever, much better than those availible on my old TyTN II and XDA's.

As with all ROMs there is the odd thing that needs to be ironed out...

I've only had my Omnia since Thursday and already on my 23rd Flash <_<

A few things that maybe someone could help me with:

1. My GPS does not seem to pick up any sattelites using Google Maps and/or TomTom using automated and manual settings. Is there a known problem or is it something my end?

2. When using the "CommManager Titanium Plug In" clicking on the data connection to disable it doesnt seem to work, it remains connected.

3. When I enable the fingermouse I don't get the mouse on screen it just doesnt work which it did on my original vodafone rom.

Once again, great ROM with all the software taht I want is preinstalled! Great!

i used to hv the same prob.. dis happened due to my faulty screen.. had to send my omnia to service centre and change the screen..

now.. no more prob with screen alignment! :D)

im thinking also to make another rom for factory default users. so no programs will be removed, maybe update Java or smth.

add some small changes and that's it.

That is awesome... I may make the jump! Been flash crazy lately so may take a break til next release.

Maybe even thought of attempting a Kuanchai release since I haven't yet, but I am addicted to Sector's release and my phone always functions great regardless of bugs for the most part and I know what I'm getting...

leave it alone while its doing this. it may take 45 minutes and it looks like your phone has crashed but if you leave it be it will eventually load up. it only has to do this the once

Thanks for the advice, I got to iGo 8 but more bad news.

It seems that my GPS does not work.

Here are the symptoms:

1. I have to have my Phone on in CommManager for the GPS to even be recognised in iGo8 as COM3.

It then does not establish any kind of connection or move my pointer to Cardiff. It stays in the starting location (Paris)

2. When the phone is off the GPS is not recognised at all, both manually or automatically.

Any ideas as to why I can't get my GPS to work?

Windows/Start Menu

I think it was a problem with Resco Explorer, because the shortcuts appear in Windows File Explorer, but not Resco Explorer. Not sure why though..

Edit: Resco Explorer was hiding system files..

Edit2: Does anyone know how I can permanently move messenger, calculate, file explorer and favourite settings to a folder in the start menu? I've already moved it to a folder i.e. "New Folder" but it's still showing in the main start menu, and also in the "New Folder"

Edit3: Just right click and move down, and the icons disappeared from the main start menu=) but does anyone know how I can rearrange the icons in the folders? Solved thanks to reSTART

Hi sector.. i follow your work with 6.5 roms from the beginning... i just want to thank you! your works are fantastic...

i just have one suggest for you:

i think that could be better, for you and for us, that you make just one type of rom (not 2: normal and lite), just a LITE ROM and an additional "big .cab" with all that can be installed on MyStorage (including office, windows live, etc.)so we can have a lite rom with all MS programs without take care of Storage space... so also your work can be faster working just on one rom..
