Finally got to flash my rom...and wow...it keeps getting better <_<

Um..Btw ......ActiveSync isnt functioning properly...or rather erratic ...so just disable the advanced network functionality in usbtopc option ...ya if u do get this prob like me..

UmmOH ya oh ya ...How do you get the new start menu ...like the ones on the screenshot?

I still have the old windows mobile 6.1 menu

Just go to "Settings" - "System" - "Large Display" and uncheck "Use large Start Menu"

That Rhytmic Vibration settings only work for manner mode (silent+vibration), so changing it will not affect your vibration pattern when you have it on ring+vibrate. You can try VAlert to customize the pattern for incoming call vibration+ring, that's the only solution ive found so far.

I am trying to figure the logic that microsoft followed by doing it this way, but I cant find any :) Thank you for your help man <_<

Actually thinking about it for a while its rediculous B) Having to use a special program which uses a configurable script ?!?! And people complain that wm is hard to use,

I wonder why :D

Just flashed Last Q1N (to test) and I lost my GPS

No GPS detection in iGO8 and Googlemaps....

Someone got the same issue?

i hope this is resolved in the next version ...

and are there any ways to improve the battery in these last roms ? it drain sooooo fast since the L2 does that has to do with the phone part ?

Awwwwwwwwwwwwe snap... My GPS is working great with Q1N. I latch onto the satellites in roughly 1-2 minutes, sometimes less if I initiate GoogleMaps or Garmin while I'm already outside. So definitely no problems here.

Same here.... am on Q1N and used sportypal to record my run on Saturday! very cool.

(although only a short run ... but its the thought that counts!)

FINALLY WORKS.... after 2 hard reset <_<

quick install googlemaps

test OK

any other solutions ? i cant hard reset .. got nearly 14gb and no space on laptop to back them up

this seems bad .. i think i'll wait for the next rom maybe it will be fixed ?

dunno if it helps guys but my GPS worked first time with google maps at the weekend have a flash to latest rom.

I did check the Enhanced GPS in settings was

enabled

ticked all 3 boxes

smtp enabled

and did a data download

locked in under a min, with a clear blue sky

Bundia when you hard reset, you don't have to erase the contents of your 'My Storage' or 'My Storage Card'. Just reset the device. All you need to back up is things like texts, call logs, contacts (myphone/pimbackup)

does it make a diffrence that i did am using "NO DATA" ? even though i did load the maps of google maps through wifi so it doesnt really need to connect .. but would that make a diffrence ?

and other times it does connect but it give me a WAY far position then a "weak gps signal" error .. is that a problem with the Q1 .. or just other stuff ? i am really lost thank u for ur help guys ! <_<

First of all, Hard reset doesnt erase the content of "my storage" or "storage card" (micro sd)

Second; for googlemaps you need Data for download maps and to get your approximative position

GPS give your exact positon on da map...

Just hard reset and test, it works for me
