Sector, sorry for this!!
Guest Genix9 Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 the prob is that i already deactivated the new clock in chome and the system still is not very smooth... any idea sector...??? edit: now it works...i had to deactivate the clock in it's menu and THEN deactivated it in chome and now it's fast. but isn't that strange? I mean shouldn't be deactivating it in chome enough??? No. Deactivating in CHome only removes the panel, it doesn't stop the scripts from running. just flashed the new ROM, looks like there is some alignment problem with the big clock in landscape mode. Did any body face this or its only me ??? Can you post a screenshot? If you're talking about the flickering it seems to be an issue with CHome and the way it handles panel refreshes at certain times - which is still a mystery. Will keep looking into that :D i suggest not to include the multiclock as default because its a cpu hog plugin.. the mortscript code included with it will definitely slow down the whole phone. Not so much really when compared to other Mortscript processes running (like the system panel for example). But it is a script at the end of the day, and not compiled code, so execution will take some resources no matter which way you look at it. I'm going to look at re-writing the code for a compiled executable (just need some time to get up to speed on that ;) ). This will probably help to speed things up and reduce resource usage quite a bit.

I really like to use the plugin just like cdigiclock but there are some issues thats holding me back.. feature request 1. When plugin is not on focused it will only display the time.. kindly add the date, wifi and bluetooth status. (standard clock works like this and very helpful) 2. cpu usage reduction.. the cpu usage for the mortscript is fluctuating from 8-35% which is a lot. The user will definitely feel the added weight of the plugin. 2. Plugin focus when red key button is press 3. The appointment function works but it doesnt display that much information especially the important one which is the time/schedule. I think its better to add a new panel if you swipe it to the left and provide more information regarding the appointment. touching this new panel will go to the calendar today. With this function, people can still preview the appointment in the first panel, if they need more information they can easily swipe the panel.. this will certainly replace the standard clock and calendar panel.

Guest q_ware Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 No :D It's only Phone part, not PDA. No changes at interface :D Only GPS and Phone signal (i900) then why don't you try ZTIF1 from China ;)
Guest mrvulcann Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Quite fast. But scrolling really disappointing. Somebody fix? Thanks.

Guest nimo182 Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 i've just reflashed with the previous rom. I think that is too early for the last one with m2d clock. That script makes slowly the scroll in titanium menu and in honeycomb, it's a bit annoying

Guest anthabax Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 i have no problem at all using the latest rom by sector it all good. i like it so much though thx sector....:D
Guest puga74 Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Hi Sector, Fast rom thanks. Can you check if your Enhanced GPS icon is working? I just flashed your newest one and the Enhanced GPS settings cannot be accessed. Thanks.
Guest nimo182 Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 (edited) all of your roms make you got positive votes! perfection it's possible thru experience.. @ejoya i tried to disable multiclock in chome editor, but with no improvements Edited June 21, 2009 by nimo182
Guest eranst Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 (edited) i got a positive vote :D !! thank you Hi Sector I flashed your latest version on my Omnia. it's really brilliant! thanks for your hard work man! I just have one problem so far: When i used the advanced config. app. to change the dialer back to the original omnia dialer the vibrate has gone. it's just happens that there no more vibration in the phone. i mean - the dialer works well and the vibrate in other application (e.g when typing letters in Samaung keyboard) is also working well. But in the phone - no vibration on incoing calls, profiles etc. And by the way - there is no way to revert back. Even going back to the WM dialer didn't return the vibration... Only Hard reset. but probably there must be a way or some cab to fix it. Do you have any idea for me? Thanks a million in advance Edited June 21, 2009 by eranst
Guest sector Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Hi Sector, Fast rom thanks. Can you check if your Enhanced GPS icon is working? I just flashed your newest one and the Enhanced GPS settings cannot be accessed. Thanks. it is accesible all of your roms make you got positive votes! the perfection it's possible thru experience.. @ejoya i tried to disable multiclock in chome editor, but with no improvements you have to shut it down in its menu. also if u really really dont want to use it anymore, you can delete the CMultiClock.mscr from startup.
Guest puga74 Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 it is accesible Thanks sector. I'll reflash again.
Guest mmdpiti Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Hi sector, I flashed with L2 in between a few roms back, around Q1 I think. Worked ok for me. I was just thinking of how to help/inform the newer people here who flash but still have one of the older phone parts and want the new DXID1 phone part, as to what to do. Maybe mmdpiti can tell us how it goes for him (hint, hint). :D Ron... YES ..... everything worked ok ..... but from two steps: one for the phone update and the other for pda update ..... maybe @sector will do the next ROM's to contain the phone update.
Guest bleteq Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Everything works just great for me, after disabling this m2d clock ofc :D Good job Sector! Btw. any one knows how to change the way headset's button works? would be great if I could skip song while listening to mp3s without unlocking the phone....
