must say that i check the roms 1-2 days before releasing them and i have no issues with battery so far.

it is ok to make a "bad" comment thats how we can fix some things or make improvements.

other users might have also ideas on how to solve this B) .

Sorry Sector ididn't intend to say bad things on this roms, but it's after comparing several days with these:

Sometimes the cookers want suggestions from other "'users" who don't know how to cook (that would be me raising my hand) on what's wanted or not wanted or ask for votes from us. Using this input or not, they of course choose what goes in their next release. This system seems to work as we are getting some great roms from Clean with huge free space to ones with quite a few addons. I had to add almost no cabs to this last 6.5 rom to get what I needed. And I had plenty of free space and some "cool" addons. This just keeps getting better! And have you noticed the flashes have gotten safer? Less complaints about bricking. I bricked mine a few months ago, but haven't gotten even a hiccup lately.

Really Sorry to everyone, i was just doing a comment on the stability of the build:

battery draining fast;and no honeycomb menu, DZIA5 wallpaper; when locking the screen, the date (year) is out of the case

and my suggestion is to work on basis of other good work, but it's true, when we want to make things and in the mean time learn by ourself, it's from scratch that is necessary to begin.

nobody's perfect, and ideas from others are always welcome.

but, there is the way to say it:

"i think this stuff would be cool" is very different from "your rom is not good, you should take example on people that do good things, like X"

Been using for a couple of days now. No lockups. Shortcuts going where they are suppose to. Looks to be real solid.

Is you wifi connection password protected? Because in my case, the problem with password protected wifi still persists. I can connect to my wifi (password protected) but cannot have access to the internet. I get connected via my free wifi.

Try removing your password to see whether it gets sorted out that way or not.

I have the same problem issue.I had connect to Wi-Fi, but still can't to active with the IE / Opera or Skyfire Browser ! B)

Just change your operator settings and then configure network adapters to the internet...its works for me... yesterday

To the usual (3) suspects, great efforts into porting wm6.5 to omnia.

Still beta, and for testing purposes, I keep it in mind. Flashing back to wm6.1 for 2 main reasons:

- I can´t send/receive after successfully setting up my email account :(

- i love m2d but i can live without, but i can´t live without the finger mouse, not possible because it slows me down in the daily use of my phone

BUT i´m still waiting and will be checking the thread for a less beta version.

Update - As to above situations:

1. Wifi (28-key password/OPEN/WEP) works as before with IE

2. 2 POP3 email accounts work sending and receiving. do not use Outlook email.

3. texting works sending and receiving as MMS and sms (did I get those letters right? B) )

4. Phone - so far all functions work except that popup "Press Action Key ..." that we got rid of with Moda's patch. Would like that patch back.

Hi all. Got a problem:) I tryd to install version F2 and after last restart on my pfone hes stuck on Samsung Omnia screen. I tryd to restart it after but always same thing. Then i tought i will try to flash it again but Sync on my comp cant see mob anymore. Sorry fo bad English. Any one can help?

Other people who are having problems with Activesync and Exchange connection? Can't seem to connect to the exchange server anymore and therefore doesn't push mails or contacts.

I noticed that the battery icon is missing... so it is difficult to know how battery is there!

I put almost all the original samsung applications and now my OMNIA rocks!

sofar i found one anoying "bug"

when you install spb mobile shell and press the end key long to lock, the spb today screen is over the lock screen. there is a small part on the lower part of the screen where you see the windows 6.5 lockscreen. You can press this and it comes up over the spb today screen, so not much of an isue. But sometimes the word locked or closed appears and its not possible to go the windowsscreen to unlock.. if i receive a call when its likes this..i get the windows lock screen on the lower part of the screen again so i can unlock again..

anyway to make a long story short, the windows 6.5 lockscreen doest work very well with spb shell (or the other way around)

oh one other thing.. i see that its no longer possible to unzip files. Which program should i search for this?

using batti for a battery icon on 1pixle height. Black foreground with grey background looks good B)

WK task is a bit hit and miss, sometimes the start button cant be pressed, and when icons show in the task bar it looks awful. Cant install HTC task manager (well it wont work right) so im not sure. Defo include it in future roms though!

is there anyway of removing/hiding the bottom soft key bar?

Ιt is the second day and everithing looks good, without any problem in working!No freezing, no sound or network problems. Excellent GPS receiving.

I install many original cabs and now looks like official rom ! The online widgets i had install, worked perfect!

BUT some bugs:1. I got the problem at the 'unlook screen' it shows unknown caller until i slide answer (minor bug for my opinion)

2. The already known "mouse pointer"

3. The battery icon is missing ( OK, you can install Spb pocket plus, which it has similar baterry icon or you can install Batti 2.4)

4. Greek region is missing (so you can not read .txt files in greek or in IE you can not read Greek sites _ but you can read with Opera). It is minor bug for me.

It is excellent rom, although beta! Thanks Sector (and QBUS and Khuanchai of course).

Same thing happens for me, and I am using Window Mobile 6 ROM, not 6.5

for missing battery icon, you can try: Settings>Clock & Alarms>More(tab) & uncheck the "Display the clock on the tittle bar in all programs"
