What I am trying to tell you is that you are at the wrong site to get info on this problem. Nobody has solution here because this site is for Omnia roms and their issues, tips, etc.

You want to go the the SPB site and find the thread for this MS3 jumping back problem. That is where you will get some help because it is their problem, not a problem with these roms that would be talked about here. Go there.

Yes Omnias are being affected by this problem (I have this problem with MS3 too and I am not happy that SPB does not have a great solution for all, but just some hints for some). But so are many other brands of phones with this SPB MS3 problem. That means it is not a problem with these roms or anything that can be fixed here. I read at the SPB site that many people that got the MS3 trial are not going to buy MS3 and will stay with MS2 because this jumping back problem bothers them a lot. Go read SPB site.

I would like to ask if it is possible you can include M2D in your next rom, a 3 in 1 rom would be much appreciated..... i tried to install the M2D provided in khuanchai page with your latest rom but was too bugy and crash too much, i would appreciate if u can have a 3 in1 rom along with your upcoming release if possible, thx in advance

and I have one comment of you don't mind, it's better to have a more pp, something like 18mb, I believe it will really make big difference in term of touch response and scrolling speed.

in general we will have a faster rom which is what we all want, isn't it ;)

by the way I have a problem that sometimes (occasionaly) the phone is not ringing !! even if I set the ringtone at loud !! maybe because I use Inesoft, or because I did some tweaks for the volume level through favourate Hacking !! any idea

I too have the same problem, but with SMS. Sometimes when not on silent, it just vibrates instead of playing hte ringtone too. Weird bug/glitch. Not sure where it's coming from.

I think when he says its working that the installation of FTouchSL now disables the stupid Samsung kinetic scrolling and allows the default windows. There must be a couple of reg edits to do this thought without having to install FTouchSL. Hmmmm

I'll try installing FtouchSL and see if it disable it. if you know the reg mod for this, could you please post it, or guide where to find it?

I tried it, AND IT WORKED.................... ;) :D :) :o :D :D

- Install FTouchSL

- Disable only Keintic Scrolling

- you can also disable Gesture and Active Corners

and that's it.

Note: 'Enable FTouchSL' (first option) can be disabled also and it will still work.

Note2: don't uninstall FTouchSL or all will be back to normal.

Hello from Germany, sector ;)

i've got the following problem: whenever i open an application it minimizes respectively closes itself withing some seconds or even minutes .. It's actually very annoying especially when you're in menus and try to set something or just listen to music.. it seems like it has something to do with SPB3 but as im using SPB3 for months and havent had any of this problems back the, i think its a thing in the newest build.

Hopefully its just a little bug wich'll be fixed with the next build very soon.

awesome rom... but i have one problem regarding gps:

i don´t get a satelite fix, my gps is configured to COM3 with 38400 Baud. Also, Extended GPS is on.

I already tried to empty the registry (found that a few sites before)... no chance!

Could anyone help me on this?

Maybe you could include re/start in your next rom?

The only reason I ask is because it is made by showaco (CHome editor / titanium weather)

It allows you to reorganise your start menu, into folders etc... I haven't tried it yet as I'm currently doing a full back up, but for me at least it looks like the missing bit from wm6.5

google it but i think that in V1 rom FTouchSL doesent work.

I tried it when I had the v1 rom installed. Then I installed the W1a and evrything works

It seems to me that that what you're talking about (or very similar anyway) has already been answered by Ron - see post #6432 (just a few of posts ago).

I'm not sure myself but it's possible that this is a generic issue when using SPB MS3 with WM6.5. Anyway, go check Ron's post/reply to omrifd, for additional info first.

no probs, I've been away for a while and only just stumbled across it. I didn't know it was in the goodies thread. Leave it out then, it's no hardship for me to install the cab ;)

by the way, I've been messing about with re/start for a while now and it is really good for my needs. It does take a while though to go through all the programs and organise them.

edit:

a good reason for leaving it out is that it comes with it's own icons which will add a fair bit of size to the rom

I just flashed to this ROM, but I get a problem when I start HTC Album - it just appears for one second and then shuts down again. No message or error, program just exits.

Just got a really weird issue that just started happening, when I am in the middle of replying to a text message it will keep reloading the previous texts as I am typing and am finding it to be quite irritating.  It's almost as if it were re-downloading all the previous texts that were already there.  Also how can I turn off the message sent after each text as that is quite annoying, I have tried using favorite hackings and that does not work.  Could someone maybe help there please?  Thanks in advance all... hi guys

im on sectors - DXID1_v21806_vT1L_18mb - great rom btw (think its the rom ive stuck with the longest!!) :D

and having trouble with selecting alternative keyboards, i set fingerboards/resco board/spb keyboard with default sip changer etc, but it keeps defaulting back to samsung keyboard. even when i try to switch keyboard it just brings up samsung default qwerty board.

can anyone help???

Noone else with this problem? If I can get this fixed then i haven't got any more issues with the phone.. ;) Feels like there's a setting somewhere that might do it - tried uninstalling and installing htcalbum from cabs but still the same. Pops up for a second and then shuts down..

You can do it by replacing the StartMenu_Hexagon_Active.png to circle............ located in your device's Windows folder....
