Hi,

1st thanks for this great ROM!

Have two issues:

1. The option to do a Video Call is grayed out..anything I can do to enable it?

2. PIE doesn't show any sites it's just blank... ;)

IE is crap.. use something else

Anyway - go to settings -> connections -> Browser connections and tick the auotmatically detect option

1 => Start / Advanced config / Phone / Enable Skin

2 => Tools / Options / Other / Mobile view

I have tested it since a long time now and it works perfectly, could you consider including it in the base rom instead of win media?

Do a search on Media Player in this thread and you will learn a lot about why MP is in these roms.

Im about to flash my phone for the new rom, i have flashed my phone about 30 times or more.

Can anyone advise me the best way to backup programs. Cause if i install all my programs all the time i have to set them up every time.

And games i have worked hard to level have to be done again which is a bitch.

Contacts and calendar stuff is easy to backup. But can i get a hint on what can do for the other stuff??? ;)

I have been using sashimi lately . There is a thread you should search for around here. It has reduced my recovery time by 80% I think. And I am using only part of its functions.

Alright, I know this question is just asking for trouble... BUT...

Has anyone tried flashing a ROM in the new Win7 RC1 native virtual XP environment?

I've got XP SP3 running inside windows virtual PC, I've installed active sync, but my problem seems to be getting the virtual machine to capture the presence of the WinMo through the USB AS IT IS TURNED ON.

Once the phone has gone through its startup routine i can choose to map to the USB device as it is detected, but it wont do it automatically. This is vital in flashing, yes?

I know this isn;t advised, but any info is good info, thanks guys!

Hi all,

I've been using the W1 version of this rom for a couple of weeks but I'm having problems with it. I'm having the battery problems that others have reported but the worst thing is it that it keeps crashing on me. I seem to be having problems sending text messages too. Loading mesages is taking several minutes and then I can't respond as the whole thing crashes. A soft reset doesn't solve these problems.

I was going to go back to the latest official 6.1 rom, but I'd like to continue with 6.5 as it's got features I like. Would anyone know if the new Y1 version of this rom would solve the above problems I'm having?

Check the youtube videos. They were very good.

I started by using the Auto/cabs load only. Then later added moving icons to other folders. There's more, but that's all I'm doing now.

sorry but with this new rom I can not use up to date program ( a medical program that uses IE for document reading) it says can not find server or DNS Error)

Hi there,

love that ROM! Great work!

Just have a little problem with .NET and DirectShowNETCF. Get me an error trying to initalize the camera. Maybe it has something to do with Pako777's camera fix. Is there any chance to remove it without cooking a new ROM?

Open to any ideas .-)

hello!

when I am restarting my phone (turn it of, and then turn it on again) its only turning in to a black screen, after the windows startup screen and before the windows screen with sector on the bottom.

and then I need to do a soft reset, what is wrong? and is there any other way to fix this without a soft reset?

upto date program does not use internet, no need for data connection, this program uses IE for document reading, the box you mentioned is allready checked ,this program has nearly 1 gb database on storage card, to read this data it uses IE, any other idea

what kind of documents? pdf, doc/docx, xls, txt ?

IE usually opens HTML files, XML, txt, etc etc.

Thanx for the great rom, i´ll test it little bit more but it´s near perfect till now.

IS THERE an option to disable titanium? I would use SPB Mobile Shell.
