Search this forum for Torchbutton. You can load program with a cab file. Update-- csmisim-- In sector's roms the Touchbutton program is already loaded and is on \programs\ Favorite Settings\ second page of. And can be used with finger touch to turn light on and off as needed. I forgot this as I have my own favorites folder set up in MS3 and do not use Favorite Settings program very much. \programs\Favorite Settings path might be easiest way for you to get to turn on the light as everything is setup and ready for you to use now in sector's rom. Guest ronaldb3 Posted July 29, 2009 Report Posted July 29, 2009 (edited) no need torchbutton, if you using titanium, just long press the down vol key to activate the torch, of course, first must go settings>personal>buttons>flash light to activate the torch... Torchbutton works from anywhere you can get to the icon you want to put it. Like screen on Mobile shell 3. Even can assign to any button press (like using ButtonPlus program for more button choices). Vol key method is very limited to get access to, as you described - settings>personal>buttons>flash light says "from on today screen". And the light turns off after a few seconds, maybe before you are ready for it to. With Torchbutton you control on and off with same button press. Ron... Edited July 29, 2009 by ronaldb3

Ron... at least you don't need to install additional app when the option to turn on flash light is already there in the first place..... or did i pointed out something which you didn't know in the 1st place? Tourchbutton works from being in My Storage, so no additional memory used. Some older roms already had it. If one uses a different main screen (as I use MS3) the Vol Key method is very hard to get to. I have tried both lights with several different roms. Torchbuton is heads higher than the Flash in functionality and ease of using. "or did i pointed out something which you didn't know in the 1st place?" Or actually several somethings... (and it's capital "I" and "point", no "ed" needed here) And don't get snide with me as it looks as if I have been using Omnia longer than you and with several hundred more postings here than you. And don't continue to keep trying matching wits with me as you are only half prepared. (Some will get the second meaning to this...) A different opinion is OK. Your tone is not. I was just giving more open choices/conditions. I also just noticed (again) that in sector's roms the Touchbutton program is already loaded and is on \programs\ Favorite Settings\ second page of. Or try some of the other methods mentioned above when you can. And then you can jump in on what method/path you find easy to use for your situation. Others, of course, will like different methods to get to the same place. Ron... Edited July 29, 2009 by ronaldb3
Guest jean-luc_picard Posted July 29, 2009 Report Posted July 29, 2009 Hi Sector, we have a new built: However, Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional's build 21925, which recently appeared on Xda-developers.com, seems to change the design of the tabbed screens for Professional Windows Phones, making them into rotatable pivots as also seen in some Windows Mobile 7 leaks as well in Microsoft's Facebook application. It's not yet known if this is just another test build from Microsoft or if build 21925 really represents the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 design and development but it's really looking quite promising that Microsoft will finally deliver a finger-friendly GUI with Windows Mobile 6.5 Do you cook a new rom? Very goog work. Thanks... Picard

Guest DominikZ Posted July 29, 2009 Report Posted July 29, 2009 (edited) Does the latest ROM come with the correct (non generic) sync.ico file for WMDC? Because then it would be perfect... I created an Icon yesterday for my Rom. Have fun.. @ wodkasreineseele: Newest Builds are : 23016 and 21935.. sync.ico Edited July 29, 2009 by DominikZ
Guest hfalk Posted July 29, 2009 Report Posted July 29, 2009 Hello! 2 questions: 1: Is there any way to change the right button on the bottom of the phone (all photos) in CMyPhotos, so you can link it to htc album instead of pictures and video? 2: is there any way to change the chome, so it first will show text massages instead of missed call? Thx Please any answer?

I'm having the same prob soclose has with wmp 3. can I lock the motion sensor only for my today screen so that manila doesn't go crazy? (i don't wanna use omiaorientation) 4. sometimes the wifi button in connections don't work 5. how can I make the taskbar transparent (as in wm6.5 default) even though I have manila on? (1-2-4 anyways mine are not critics, only hints to make the ROM better) anyone? :) how do i configure ftouchsl? becouse once it's installed nothing works... i can't scroll anything! ;) Sector r u creating a new ROM with the newly developed features for wm6.5?
