Sector released G1 version, then G1a, later he released G2 followed by G2a then G2b; but since the previous G2 having 'sleep' issue, he removed all the G2x version and just released G2. All of the ROM are released on the second post since the first post was qbus work.

Upon 'slide screen' there are still sometimes : UNKNOWN CALLER & UNKNOWN NUMBER : not every call, any fix for this?

oh my god, dude.. u have my sincerest appologies.. I was looking at the post and only saw G2.. assumed it was the g1b version as i had downloaded that just this morning or late yesterday.. can't keep up.. These guys r pumping out new releases so quickly.

Not to be picky, but let's not confuse more people.

There is no G2a or G2b - yet B)

It went F1 F2 G1 G1a G1b and now the latest with the wake up fixed is G2.

I hope I got the above right myself. sector can really pump these things out fast. It's hard to keep up.

QB06_65C version: i have performance issues. menu lats when scrolling and the last caller is not displayed in the dialer

Over time as you make more posts yourself, your post count will automatically advance you up the ranking ladder, and your ranking will change over on the left. The mods can also adjust this, but don't count on that. (Maybe for a new mod coming onboard from some other site, or such as that.)

i have it already.. so u think a reflash? ok, i'll do it.. question.. with all these upgrades, kudus to the cooks who cook em, has anyone come up with a good, or reliable way to back everything up before flashing, including contacts and programs installed?

Hopefully you have a good backup program like Sprite Backup or SPB Backup. Do a full backup before flashing a new rom. I feel comfortable in restoring the pim files with a backup file. Not so much with my other installed programs as I am afraid the registry might have changed enough to not match and cause problems with the programs. Same with My Documents files as some programs put files there that are referenced by the registery. But My documents files "should" be ok to restore. Maybe I am just being too careful there. Sprite Backup is trying to address this restore problem with differ levels of restore when you change roms or change devices (don't use SPB Backup myself). I don't know whether to trust this or not. Maybe someone else here has tried the levels of restoring. I did do a full restore this time on a redo of G2 to G2 and all went well. (so far).

I know a full rebuild for me take several hours with settings and checking out/testing that the installed programs loaded ok and redoing their settings. The only hints I can give you to go faster is to make a checkoff list of all your settings that you like to customize and all of your programs reg codes and print it out.

Please check MS new releases for a new Time Bomb. I think you said G2/21193 has no Time Bomb. So I do not want to go to a rom that does. (But MS and sector are pumping new releases out so fast this might be a moot point for awhile).

Hi Sector for the first time with G2 Rom I have noticed huge lag when hanging up on calls.

It doesnt lock up entirely but hangs for maybe 5 to 10 seconds.

Any ideas. Not a complaint just making you aware

I tested and G2 is hanging up very quick for me. Is it possible you have something running. Try a soft reset and then test. Also see if you have something running because of Startup folder.

umm, i like this lock key the royal blue one from khuanchai's rom i feel it looks better you had it in your older roms

Also the keyboard could include the fixes like from here if not its not hard to do just a few files to over write

removing the honey comb would be a good idea if its more faster, maybe we can get the highlight honeycomb when you select a item in menu like on the pictures above,

Moving finger menu is a good idea, its in a cab, so its a user option

maybe including htc task manager, if it does not mess up the top taskbar by over laying with time or battey

maybe a diffent backround/wallpaper image something in more detail but the grey/black colours are a good base colour

apart from the cosmetics, im happy with what we have to work with

First off, carry on the excellent work you and the guys cooking the 6.5 roms are doing. I think I speak for everyone when I say we appreciate the hard work you all do.

you can change the dialer in the next release??? all the other phones on the market seem to have a nice gui and the when we have is a bit eughh!!

add a little vibrate when touching the screen, no matter what you are on, (I know this can be added after with a cab would it would be nice to be cooked in)

Improved Notifications - XDA Develops forum has a HTC notifications app but I cant seem to get it working...maybe you can work some magic..

I also like the idea of losing the honeycomb but having the hi light on the icon selected

when does this happen? only with WMPlayer? have u used another player?

have u tried it to add it as ringtone with File Explorer?

if you click on a midi file in explorer, it tries to play with sound player(I think) and ends up with not enough memory error.

I you select a midi file in contacts, it selects but doesn't play... all my restored contacts (using pimbackup) with midi files lost their personal ringtones..

i will try to add a ringtone with file explorer just to check it out.
