Hi, one little thing in 23049UL. Samsung CallLog.exe opens and shuts down it self after a second or two. SecContacts.exe has no problems though.

Any thoughts?

Here, copy these and paste them in your windows folder (some icons will be larger though so backup just in case you don't like it). i'm sure somebody else has something like this with the small icons. Hope it helps!

OK. solved my problem. Simply a matter of pointing the launcher to the browser .exe file using M2DC.

About to download the latest ROM - but i have one question before i install m2d or ultralite.

Does the email tab work now on M2D???

if not i'll use spb shell3 with the ultralite rom.

I have these problems.

When I write an sms for example there is now way to hide keyboard, there's no button for this function.

Manila sometimes turns off by it self.

Hi.

One question: Is in the Neo Rom the same black theme as in the M2D Rom?

I like the black taskbar and the wallpaper. The coloured wallpaper from Neo with the green/blue taskbar is not my taste.

I think version 23049 has better touch responsiveness and a bit faster than Artemis

I am using the UL version and SPB3

Running 23049 Original Titanium

The scrolling on some Titanium panels going left/right seems a bit sluggish, anything i can do to improve??

Apart from that everything seems to be running fine

I can also confirm that it is infact better than previous roms. Really like this new build. Well done sector! I am using the version with the original titanium.

Even spb keyboard works on this build but unfortunately it doesnt allow you to access its settings! Does anybody know of another method to disable xt9 on this keyboard?

Well... I've tired with the baggy 6.5 Roms and I've returned to 6.1s...

I'm REALLY-REALLY in LOVE with 6.5s, but I can't stand anymore the several bags/lags any "cooked" Rom have. The ONLY choice a user has, is to use a FULLY "NAKED" 6.5 Rom - but, hey, what's the beauty anymore?

The Titanium ui, "supposed" to be the 6.5 on-board ui. And... there are several problems with Titanium's scripts. Well, I've done with it. IF SOMEDAY there is a FULL-RELEASED official 6.5 Rom, I'll definitely use it.

Right now... I feel really tired. I've tested ALMOST EVERY SINGLE 6.5 around! All Roms, are great - very good work from the "shefs". BUT! ALL of the 6.5 Roms, still having serious bags/lags and... eventually, you getting tired from "flashing"/testing (at least, I am).

But, I believe so much in Sector's, Shokka9's & Khuanchai's work. Everyday, I'll keep an eye on their threads, to see if a FULL-OFFICIAL (but... "cooked", hehehe) Rom will be released...

Trying out Hephaestus M2D, great theme, great ROM, thanks. Does anyone have a problem launching the browser under M2D interface? My browser will not launch! No problems launching it under settings. Thank you.

- Also having problems with Comm manager (data connections is always on - even if it's not and can't be shut off)

- Can't access upper bar (where there is battery status, signal strength, data connection activity, clock,..). It used to pop-up another one with bigger and better looking icons, on which you could click. Now it works only at the upper right corner, where that task manager opens. I think both don't work well together. With both this and Comm manager not working properly, I had to soft reset the device to shut of the data connection.

- Still no flash light settings

- Video call out for a break or sum ^^

Anyone else getting these problems? Any ideas on how to get round them?

As I do not have internet access enabled I am wondering if it is possible to remove unwanted pages from M2D i.e. browser, email as I will not use them.

Is it possible to reinstall the Titanium so that I can have the standard Today screen?

- Also HTC album shows some signs of bugs. When you click open a picture, it goes to camera shots and says "no pictures or videos were foound", same thing on the home menu.

- When you change your background, it only changes under the first menu (home)

Just download titanium version and flash again.

I'm confirm problem with:

- always on data connection

- problem with htcalbum, always no photo available

and some new

- On communications tab --> wifi, advanced button doesn't work. I have problem when I want connect to another network. Many others problem with wifi communication.

- map search doesn't work

- youtube shortcut on internet tab doesn't work, ie works

- lockscreen sometimes freeze phone i I must wait some time to unlock

Sector, what are the WOW HD settings by defualt on the 23049 rom? I changed mine by mistake and I want to put them back to how they were originally after I first flashed the phone as the sound quality was excellent. Thanks.

reminders still not working.. otherwise awesome rom sector! Oh oh.. just found something else.. the time on lock screen stopped last nite.. so still showing 10:56, whereas the little time shows 7:42.. how to update this?

Sector, this last rom is a really good one. Thanks your your time and effort! After one day I find it very fast, stable and with a very good response.

Try the old trick. Modify this two regsitry entries:

   HKLM\Comm\ConnMgr\Planner\Settings\CacheTime

- this is a value in seconds, so 120 seconds is a 2 minute timeout after being idle. Default is 600.

HKLM\Comm\ConnMgr\Planner\Settings\SuspendResume

- ~GPRS! - means as now, keep the connection up

- GPRS_bye_if_device_off - means use the timeout above if connection is idle

The only way to turn off the data connection through software is Settings>Connections>Data Call Manager

Same here. It's somewhere in there. I accidentally activated it when a program crashed. Maybe we can use FTouchSL's gestures as a workarround though it's not like launching an installed app. Ideas on this?

I like using the samsung keypad, but when changing its settings to use spanish characters, the theme changes to black letters on black buttons and it can't be used...
