Don't extract it with WinRAR. It isn't a WinRAR file. It's a 7Zip file. Unpack it with 7zip.

The download link really is working, but have you tried to extract the file?

I tried to extract the File with "Winrar 3.90 x64" and "7Zip 4.65 x64".

Both Tools find the same CRC-Check-Error at ~90% of Extraction-Process.

File is corrupt and after extraction the .exe File-Size is missing about 5MB from Original File-Size.

Hope we will get our nice gift these days :)
