another bug..

when phone is in power save mode and screen goes to lock, when the phone wakes up

the wm 6.5 lock screen is not displayed, just black screen from taskbar to bottem, anyone

else getting this when using power save mode? ive gone back to no power save B)

Try installing sdkcerts.cab, then task manager 2.1, and do a soft reset

This is how i got mine working.

thanx man, now the Task Manger works very nice without any problem, I also found a registered copy of Spam alert 1.3 it gave an exciting look to the dialer so now i am very happy with this WM6.5, the only problem that i still have is with the Landscape mode.

I see G1 H1 H2 G1A versions. What is it mean? Which one should I choose?

different alphabet for different builds and different number for different versions of the same build. refer to 2nd post for more info.

I recommend H roms as they are more stable and latest.

I am still on H1 though and it's superb.. and no battery issues

Try to set ur options again and then full update the weather. I have only set the location code.

Sector i have tried the method you provide but it still pops up the exact same errors, just right after it gets forecast and then it stops at Updating Panel... and pops the errors.

I really disliked the HTC Task Manger in the previous release... I'm much prefer the SS task switcher... i have the cab which has worked with all your releases so far....

Is there any need for the diamond hologram? it looks nice for the first few minutes, then just takes up valuable space... B)

Please remove the weather thingy...

Any chance you could cook in PIM Backup??

Yes please sector. kind of you. I think we like to have H3 better then others H1 and H2 B) . Without weather cause it gives problem. HTC Manager works but WKTask is the best with launcher option.

Sector, the basic idea is to make the phone function well either in potrait or landscape. I dislike just to have one non critical widget I need to sacrifice my landscape view. About the task manager, I am okay either HTC Task Manager or pBar.

What I want for H3:

-sensivity like iPhone

-photo manager like iPhone

-skin for every apps including dialer and others

-all application shall be cab form (rather than fixed in ROM)

I'm grateful with every new build, something added, something removed... very tempting and luring feeling to step once again into the unknown. H2 is the most stable build now, at least in my pov and my omnia. Titanium Weather is so easy, i was using it in G2 then. Now with CHome Configurator, i can add more pages (shortcuts) into the CLink panel, i am happy, just need to figure out how to add icon to the shortcuts. Tried pbar, find it not finger friendly... i still love HTC Task Manager more. I've replaced the default samsung dialer/contacts with Inesoft Phone and love it so much. Also replaced with S2U2.

Hi sector,

I've tried all your Gx and Hx roms. I have had to load cabs and programs and data and settings every time. The only big problem I've had is with the last H2 weather addon. It is true that the popup came up after every soft reset until you set up weather. And then I had to find the separate setup program.

And I get weather downloaded several other ways - SPB Mobile Shell weather tab, Weather On Demand, Weather Watcher, MSN Weather, AccuWeather on Avantgo, etc.

I like how you are changing some of the default settings (Error Reporting, etc) that everyone changes anyways.

I also like how you keep both Start Menu Settings (Honeycomb and Large) and both Volume Controls available to chose from, and both dialer skins to chose from.

I like how you are dropping Samsung's other waste of memory, like the movies adverts. After all that I add, I still have 80+/50+ memory left open.

I hope you can continue to keep the patches others have given us, like the Camera fix, and the BT fix (which I don't use or understand). I guess the dialer patch is only needed if you use the Samsung dialer as I do.

By providing all the cabs for apps that are not in the rom, we can all add what we like. That is great.

There are not many more free apps you could add that the many would need. The ones you have are good (FavHack, FingerKB, IMselect). I think PHM Reg Editor and Total Commander might be useful to a lot of people.

I could do without the Sip apps being included as I don't use them.

We are moving forward and better with each of your roms (well maybe not H2 for some :( ) And we have WM 6.5! By version R9, it should be perfect for all. B) :(

Weather is easy to configure

CHome Config brings a new angle to titanium

HTC Task Manager should be added back in as couldnt get along with pBar

Dont mind the weather - take it or leave it.

put htc manager back in - but I use TaskFacade 4 which gives the omnia an X1 feel.(ish)

i agree that the CHome config has opened up the titanium today.

(oh and put fingermenu or finger suite back in!) lol

I find very usefull an autolock program, I use csdevctrl v.6.02 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...light=autolockn but no need to be cooked.

Well looking at all the 6.5 roms there are some similarities. All of them are stripped roms with or without m2d. Personally i took khuanchai rom since it had the most standard software.

i would really like a complete rom. In my opinion a lot of progs. like task switcher, smart reader etc dont work as well in cab form since they dont run as smooth. And ofcourse since i use most progs im a bit tired of installing everything over and over. Probably wishfull thinking since most cookers liked stripped roms. I must say that the extra apps on khuanchai rom are really nice. I dont know if you (sector) use the same apps but all the tools like fac hacks, audio gain etc. is appreciated.

btw no problems with battery, wake up or with the BT voicedailing
