No apology needed here. I am only commenting on the way you choose to construct your sentence without any coma and full-stop, i'm pretty sure even German in written form also end a sentence with a full-stop or coma or even question mark, right?

Guest Eddy_omnia Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 (edited) Anyone expieriencing G-alarm issues ? My G-alarm is very unreliable. then it goes off , then it doesn't Mostly it does not go off when the omnia is in sleep mode in my pocket. I tried removing / installing several versions of g-alarm but they all have the same problem. Is it something I missing in the configuration? By the way , is there a tweak to show the m2d to full-screen ? Greetz. Thanx for all your time and energy to make the Omnia a better device. Guest mynullvoid Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 Sector, I know you got the selection pointer, in H1 (blue hexa) in H2 (white circle); could you make H3 to have smaller white (or based on the theme selected color), this should look like shadow of the selected icon. In H2 the white selection made the icon text to non visible clearly.

Guest Wize1 Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 Hi Sector, Any chance you can implement the following in H3: 1) The work that S0cks has done to remove the align screen, mail etc at startup (Remove Startup Welcome Screens) 2) Add Explorer extender add extra options to stardard exporer or include Total Commander 3) I like the HTC Task manager but that can be installed afterwards. 4) PPCPIM Backup works well and would like to see that in! Other than that LOVE your work !!! Wizefexploreext205.CAB

PUT NOTHING IN THERE PHONE - phone phone may boot with a picture of a phone and ! but if you wait for 5 seconds it will then boot properly Edited April 2, 2009 by janjan2

Guest GodsGift Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 i agree.. 2 days is fantastic. isnt it!! I travel 2 hours to and from work. I listen to the radio for half hour in the morning, while playing a game or surfing. Then when on the tube I generally watch a film. then radio or MP3 whilst walking from the station to work. Must spend at least a couple of hours or so a day during work changing settings and browsing this fantastic site to find the latest firmware or mods. Then on the way home its another 2 hours of music or film or web. I actually charge it every night, but its normally on 50% when I do. on the original ROM (out of the box) it would die before I got home. I love my omnia (mostly because of this site) Now if I could sort the touch sensitivity out (am very tempted by the touch panel thread) this would be the best phone. GG

GG Man - the combo of a new touch screen and this ROM is fantastic - I cant help but spend my days flicking the Today screen up and down B) Has anyone been able to install new skins for media player - I have downloaded a few but they are never recognised by WMP! Have they changed the format of the skins?
Guest ronaldb3 Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 well I would say that 2 days is not satisfactory so the battery problem with all wm devices is still present B) Two days for any PDA type device (if you use your Omnia as such) is very reasonable. I am use to charging PDA devices every night. Ron...

But the comment about no punctuation is pertinent. It is difficult to read your posts without any breaks for the eye. Question from me - I noticed the use of the words "full stop" in several posts. Is this British? In US we would have normally used the word "period" there. Even tho ! and ? can also stop a sentence. I have noticed that a lot of US posters forget the ? and use a period(.) when ? is correct. (Me included.) I know, we digress. Chatting isn't suppose to be perfect grammar. Just remember that too far off makes for hard reading. IMHO, Ron...
