Thanks for this ROM, it was fun to try out WM 6.5 , although this apparently was based on a bit buggy and unfinished version of 6.5 :(

Most things were working, some 3 party programs would not install/work correctly.

- The new IE6 was quite nice

- The new pop-up menus and messages very nice

- The new titanium today plugin were very nice.... (But could definitely benefit by having some customization options)

- Scrolling list were nicer

- The honeycomb start/program menu were slow and did not scroll all that well, guess this is due to the alpha/beta version of 6.5

Gone back to a 6.1 ROM again, but will definitely jump over to a 6.5 one again as soon as a more "finished" version of VM6.5 is available.

First I want to thank you and sector for the great work.

I like WM 6.5 :(

If the today screen and the honeycomb will get faster, than this is a real alternativ to custom programms like Manila, Mobile Shell etc.

I will keep watching the further process of WM 6.5.

you have to disable large display and press start menu.

It is the C version,

I changed to default theme and change the wallpaper, i love both top and btm task bar blended in and turned transparent

Some findings

-Titanium and honeycomb not really that smooth. Have to flick hard with nail.

-Opera flash not working, i reinstalled Opera 9.5 Build 15954 (tried both my device and my storage) - but flash still not working and worst is you can even move the page with finger. I wish you have included the flash working opera in D rom, but i guess too late already.

-Garmin MXT 5.20W works fine

-WMP streaming video works fine but screen off following the screen settings (say 1 minute it will off) in WM6.1 for streaming tv and video the screen will stay on. This happen on GPS screen as well.

you can install tegic black keyboard of samsung or fingerkeyboard. is honeycomb ok now?

@chokia: i think D version is more responsive on touch. try sztupy's favhacking though for improvement (calibration and increase touch).

well cant tell more about it, im back on 6.1 for now till later news.

im learning also with you on the new system.

quick report:

+ DPAD works now

+/-only Rescokeyboard works for me(no XT9 :( ). SS keyboard & Fingerkeyboard don't work after a soft reset.

+ iGO8 & Navigon7 run good

+ Spam alert v1.2 works fine

- the phone freezes after receive an incoming call (if set "When device is woken up, lock device")

everything else seem ok, i love it B)

Hi, i got a Samsung Omnia i900, i Would like to know what happens if i want to come back my cellphone to WMobile 6.1? and this new WMobile 6.5 will erase everything on my cellphone? thanks

the freezing after answer the incoming call, not on incoming. it happen even before i install Spam alert.

when i press Answer button & talk, then press End, the screen show the number was calling with the Answer & Ignore still there.

if i untick the "When device is woken up, lock device" it's ok.

actually all i need is the favorite contact that i can set some of my contacts so i don't have to scroll over hundred of them.

i don't like Spam alert anyway, can you suggest a better Contact Manager ?
