Hi sector,

I've flashed I2. Looks good so far.

One thing I am missing - when I ran the modaco-phone-patch I do not get the Samsung dialer. I'm guessing the file is not in memory. If you could tell me the file name I need, maybe I can get it from another phone with an older rom.

Dud - dumdum on this end forgot step I normally do. B) thanks.

Two other small things.

1. Transcriber appears on keyboard list (but not IMselector list) but is not available. I loaded cab file I had and all is well.

2. HTC Task Mgr does not appear on Settings/Personal/Button list. The original Samsung TM does. Maybe because original TM is on both Program and Settings/System screens(?).

Hey This ROM is great.

I have one problem, and it is with the Weather rather than the ROM, I am unable to get it to detect my location.

I have checked the text file from the first page, and BARNSLEY, UK is in there.

In the Weather Setup I have tried

Barnsley

Barnsley, UK

EUR|UK|UK001|BARNSLEY

EUR|UK|UK003|BARNSLEY

And none of these work,

I just get unknown location on the today screen.

Any suggestions???

Sector i got a question or anyone who can help me. Regarding the HTC album, is it possible to change the default location from where it opens files? Whenever i open the program, it displays nothing. And i need to browse through directories in order to display my pictures.

pressing D pad does not work - scrolling down does

opps noticed that the mouse pad 4 way navigation not checked.

3. Delete Program Files/Fingerkb

4. Install FingerKeyb_2.1_WQVGA

5. Overwrite skin-02-wqvga-port-01-eng.txt

6. Install XT9_Disable.cab

Well i'm upgrading to I2, several problems with items "lost" in I1, in main menu, now i can only see Clock, all the others gone, after soft reset everything stays ok until i use one of them again, after that all gone again.

Id device is locked and i receive a call, i can answer the call, but after that the lock menu bugs also, phone is not frozen but the slide to unlock dissapear and no other way to unlock it other than turn phone off and on again.

So i'm upgrading to I2 to check, if same problems persist i'll downgrade to H2...

i dont use tarils rom. ask taril maybe :(. or if u r telling about task switcher it is removed.

It's not the rom.....

Go to Settings/Personal/Buttons where you can assign actions to four buttons. One of them is the one you want to change. Based on the error you got, there is nothing assigned to that button now. Chose the button you want. There is a dropdown of many choices of shortcuts you can assign.

With the latest ROM I2, while Wifi is on, the phone freezes. Had this problem several times and had to soft reset several times. Sector u might wanna check on this.
