Hi sector,

I2 is going well. I have loaded several Samsung cabs and several programs (Sbp Shell, Sprite BackUp, etc) and all seems to be ok. I do not have Wifi problems or restart/hard reset problems either. I did do a hard reset first after flashing. I do not know how much this affects, but for a few minutes it is worth it to be safe I think.

The only thing I need to work out is how to change the Skin on Media Player. I think 6.5 does not work the same with the instuctions I get with some Skins I have found. One skin for WMP even came with Voice Command. I even have a MS Toys program called 'Choose Skin'. But nothing works for me to change the WMP skin. B)

Really great rom. I plan to use it for awhile until you temp me with something better. :(

thanks Ron, it's been a while to see a good post and i started wondering what ppl do with their Omnia as i dont face any problems with the rom... Camera is working, medias are playing, album is ok.

i have changed the WMP skin though to iPhoneish. dont know it is my first attempt also :(.

hey sector, i was very honoured to get a response from u.. i really wanna work this out.. I have put my music in the same place as you and they do cum up, and after a reflash i can play the song by pressing from the start menu and then press again to stop it. however i can't start playing from any other song than the first one.. it always reverts to the first song.. what other setting am i missing?

you just have to slide with the song and tab on it...

just play a bit with it, you know you will find the way B)

Does anyone knows how to change the default directory in HTC album ? It always points to my device folder which my default picture location isn't at.

i'm new with this rom....how do i replace the phone custom dialer with the original samsung dialer?i'm used to using the # button to change to silent mode.do i have to install cab file?

i should probably create another thread.. however u guys may know.. has anyone had any issues with the volume? I have tried changing with hacks to make louder and this works.. but when i call banks for example i have issues with the bank system 'hearing' my tones so i get incorrect entries all the time.. i'm just wondering if this is a rom problem or general samsung problem..

So far none that I noticed. At first I call voice mail to test dial out and sound, and then use home phone to test dial in. Sounded ok I think, but I use speakerphone mostly. I will do some more testing tomorrow without speakerphone. It's kinda of late here now. B)

i think my problem is mostly on speaker phone.. having the phone in normal mode is okish.. however everyone i talk to says its bad quality..

just flashed to I2, from my opinion i think version H2 in faster then I2, when i press lock, the locked mode appear slower then H2, can you guys make that when we were in program mode and when we press ok, can it go back to honeycomb instead straight to titanium?anyway, very good job guys

and with which skin-eng to overwrite? from 2.1 or 2.0

edit: english doesnt work on me whatever i replace.

Sector, sorry for late answer, was quite busy today, yes XT9_Disable patch works, even though the setting is still 'unable'. As of for overwrite, the cab given contain small bug, that's why we are needed to replace with a new file. I selected english as the language and it works well.

I flashed the phone with I2 version, everything works good.

Now im wondering how do i get Titanium weather back (I can`t find it on first page) and how do i make my file explorer look like on the picture from the first page (6.5 like)?

I also hard reset directly after I flashed my omnia with I2.

So far the only problem to report is the unknown caller - which I know is long running.

and the weather which I am going to try and resolve today.

- Battery seems just as good as any others,

- Music plays via media player without issues & Audio Manager.

- Surfing the net using IE via WiFi and GPRS no problems

- Google Maps working fine and fast.

One very minor thing. The clock on the lock screen looks as though the bottom 2 pixels are missing......

I dunno if it is out of line..

Sector, this I2 rom is the best rom ever! After G1 , i never was satisfied with next versions. But this I2 rom, just rocks!

It's the fastest rom i ever tryied ( and i have tried many many roms...). Faster than any 6.1 rom , too!!!

scrolling and touching are just excellent!

Password lock missing, but no problem.

Still unknown caller Id.... it is the only minor bug!

Same here,hardly ever have problems with your rom and I too just wonder what are these people doing with your roms ??!

sector, am liking I2...

its definitely the best so far. like the new boot up screens. have no bugs or problems (except the caller id)

am currently a happy bunny.

Try this

settings>connections>usb Connection Mode >Mass storage>OK

Then try to off the screen with power button
