awesome. i'll try again.. just reflashed again to i2..

this didn't work.. i'm determined to fix this.. i had it working, but not sure what i did and then after a reboot it stopped working.. i can't show any album art even though the art is in the same folder as song..i just get an orange circle.. when i play a song then try move to next song to play, it reverts back to first one.. anyone figure out what i'm doing wrong?

this is not like a pointui which has the terms.xml

in roms you have to modify the mui's and lots of other things in shells etc etc.

maybe you can check sztupy's thread where he translated the rom in Hungarian but i cant find the link now.

I may have lost the reason of the thread - but for Media Player , I just tried an album - Art showed and I could jump ahead to next song with >>| button. (I just don't like this skin)

I saw that it had been removed from I1. Sector said he would supply a cab but I can't find a link to it.

:( wazzup all i have being reading some post now ( like a dozen pages :D )and i really

am itchy to flash your rom sector.

just because i wanna know what it is with all the strange post with things not working after the have flashed.

i am on a rom from shokka now and i really like it alot,but when i read all these post it makes me curiuos.

maby people forget a step or 2?

or is there a other explanation for the different bug reports. B)

I also hard reset directly after I flashed my omnia with I2.

So far the only problem to report is the unknown caller - which I know is long running.

and the weather which I am going to try and resolve today.

- Battery seems just as good as any others,

- Music plays via media player without issues & Audio Manager.

- Surfing the net using IE via WiFi and GPRS no problems

- Google Maps working fine and fast.

One very minor thing. The clock on the lock screen looks as though the bottom 2 pixels are missing......

I dunno if it is out of line..

My caller ID works fine.. both making or receiving calls...

The clock on the lock screen is a little bit low, so this bottom 2 pixels are not shown...

I did not have anymore problems with the reset thing anymore.

So, I think im good now, except for that im using I1 with timebomb..

oh god, ill have to flash it again and install everything again B)

Hi chivi,

First you should check Settings/System/Version to see what your phone version is. It might show nothing at all. You can flash the original DXIA5 Samsung rom and you should get PDA part = i900DXIA5 and phone part= i900DXIA2. (Check Version again and you should see phone = i900DXIA2). Then if you flash any rom Without a phone part, it will leave your old phone part there. Check Version again to be sure.

Note that most of the later cooked roms do not have the phone part upgrade but sector's I2 Does (DXIA5).

hey ron,

Media player works fine if you are in it, you can play songs as you please, with album art (figured this one out.. album art was not in some songs, but others and it shows in the ones with the art) but i'm trying to get working from today screen..

My version is DXIA5,the problem is that i cant turn off the flight mode or the phone on.

Any ideas??? B)

try Inesoft contact manager, it shows caller ID even WM6.5 fail to do so
