Guest summoner Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 Hi All, Nice app! I think you should merge with rotationservice. you each have advantages! Summoner
Guest Michael122w Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 Hey there Mr_Gee! this is a nice package - easy to use and nice basic functionality. The inability to select the orientation of the program is still the biggest drawback of OmniaOrientation when compared to rotation service. Have you made any progress on how you could implement this? Michael
Guest sidfire Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 Brilliant app, thanks for your effort! .. Just what the doctor ordered B) very minimalistic and simple. cheers.
Guest rafalmag Posted June 13, 2009 Report Posted June 13, 2009 Thank you for this application ! It works very well. I especially needed it to unlock alarm in G-Alarm application (I am using labyrinth with ball, which is moved using g-sensor). Before that application it was very hard to do it without invoking auto-rotation. I was thinking to add the 4 different modes, 0, 90, 180 and 270, per application, the reason is because of the below. if you are going from an allowed application to a not allowed application the screen will stay in that orientation, e.g. you are using App X in landscape, and switch to a not allowed application the screen will stay in landscape. I think most users would like default rotation, for apps from exclude list, to be no rotation mode (0 degree). After excluded application closes there should be no "back rotation". It is only logical way. Good job !
Guest blazingwolf Posted June 14, 2009 Report Posted June 14, 2009 Looks great. Thanks for making it. :D
Guest lorin.bute Posted June 14, 2009 Report Posted June 14, 2009 Its a nice app but it has serious issues with Manila 2d. M2D closes the app from time to time (when i run a program that disables touch flo), which kills the purpose of the app because you cant use it if its closed. I'm not gonna give up on m2d so i guess this app is not for me. Anyway, nice work!
Guest altik Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 Thanks for this very usefull application! I have a question. Is it possible to disable rotation in all applications and enable it only in selected applications? Thanks!

Guest DeLiBoRaN Posted June 29, 2010 Report Posted June 29, 2010 hi Mr Gee this program my indispensable for me but, can you set this program always runing at background.
Guest claus1953 Posted July 5, 2010 Report Posted July 5, 2010 [Edit] Problem solved. Using Mortscript: Run ("\My Storage\Program Files\OmniaOrientation\OmniaOrientation.exe") WaitForActive ("OmniaOrientation", 5000) Minimize ("OmniaOrientation") Your Path may varie. Maybe there is a possibility to add a parameter to the created shortcut? This can be done by opening it with a text editor or a shortcut manager. I tried with Minimize as parameter but that does not work, neither did Background or Hide.
