Hi K,

i also note some problems with the last UltraLite with 16 MB pagepool and WiFi :D

another thing that i`ve note`s. maybe because previouse titanium problem, it doesn`t run as smoth as it should. i also had an issue with core player running movies with +- 200mb.
previously you tell me that`s not possible run big volume set without messing with rotation service, but before using your roms i used sector`s ones without any problem ;)

Maybe better to go with 12 MB pagepool?

Big volume has no problem with sector's ROM's because his ROM is not BT fixed.

WiFi works as usual to me. I haven't noticed any lug in titanium cab #2 Khuanchai provided. Only lug is with videos and coreplayer. Rotation is working great with current volume control which I find better than Samsung's one.

There are no icons n WM7 Titanium though. Don't know if it's supposed to be this way. :D

to see the icons on the left need to create a command on cpr file.

on every condensed page you have to put this:

.....

<Image ID="Icon" Left="5" Top="2" Width="25" Height="25" ScaleStyle="Fit" />

</Text>

....

then go through registry HKLM-Software-Microsoft-CHome-wharever you want and create on CondensedPage (if there`s any create one) a new Icon StringValue and put the pathe to your icon taht you want toi see.

Maybe better to go with 12 MB pagepool?

Big volume has no problem with sector's ROM's because his ROM is not BT fixed.

i don`t really know if with 12MB it helps B) ...sorry. but it seems it`s only me with this problem, so...forget it :D .

Now. with WIFI i really had something`s wrong because at work i can connect but it seems any other places i can`t do that :D . maybe the signal here it`s better :D :D

so...the problem sems to be volume/BT fix and not volume/wm6.5 roms. ok then ;) thks anyway ;)

Khuanchai, you have heard it all before but this rom is brilliant - thanks for all your hard work (and having patience with everyone!!). I have one problem with this ROM - my volume levels are too low. I have used the "secret" codes to look at the dB levels but they are at the max but my headset is woefully low - I need everything to 100% just to get a reasonable (but still quiet) volume. The headset is fine as it works well on other devices. any ideas?

No, that "secret code" is not working with this ROM. You have to use Tools\AudioGainControl instead. Use your common sense when interpret which one you have to modify. Just remember that the values over 0 can be too loud and dangerous for your speaker. :D

First off love the rom (using Omnia 3-in-1 ROM (with Titanium 7 and TouchFlo 2D) base DXID1 build 21806) and BT fix seems to work better than the original ROM. The only issue i seem to have is applying new skins in the ROM. Using the titanium skins found it Sector's post. Any idea's or am i making a novice mistake and down loading the incorrect theme's?

Yes, that's the way to go. You have to modify 2 files: Titanium_240x400.cpr (for portrait) and Titanium_400x240.cpr (for landscape) and modify those related registries. All my previous ROM can have problem with skins because I used a different method to make honeycomb startmenu. From the most recent ROM (UltraLite with 16 MB PP) on, I will stick with original WM 6.5 theme. Whenever you want to change skin, just open any picture and set it as background.

here is my cpr file but only portrait i didn`t modify landscape yet.

another thing....khuanchai, maybe it`s better change to original settings for AnalogClock.i`ve modify some settings because don`t use slideshow (i wonder what the hell this is for :D it doesn`t work like slideshow, only show one image)

All my previous ROM can have problem with skins because I used a different method to make honeycomb startmenu. From the most recent ROM (UltraLite with 16 MB PP) on, I will stick with original WM 6.5 theme. Whenever you want to change skin, just open any picture and set it as background.

I think snoopxr6 meant the themes don't work like Microsoft Rock and Republic black etc. Only theme working with wm6.5 menus is Pureblack2.

I would like to know if there is a solution on this as well. :D

That's another story. I removed some image files required by some themes from the ROM. If you really want to change themes then I will recover them back in the future ROM's. ;)

i`m trying to modify landscape cpr file. does anybory know how to increase the space between RMA - STO - SDC so that i can centralize them with icons?

I agree with gianton a cab would be nicer as it keeps the original ROM clean. but leaves it upto the individual if they want to change themes.

important issues.

PLEASE BK your CPR files first

1º i`ve used CAnalogClock [0.6.3b]

2º change CAnalogClock. if you want to see slideshow (this is funny) don`t copy CAnalog layout templates (just copy the others)

3º i`ve used titanium weather 4.2 (for those who still on latter versions, plese don`t copy wether template)

4º i put a question here about system template on landscape and since nobody answered me they`re not centered

5º i think every other things should work just fine.

Update: Omnia ROM base DXID1 build 21806 with 12 MB pagepool (9 June 2009)

This is for testing only. ROM with 12 MB pagepool will have about 4 MB less program memory (from 97 MB to 93 MB).

Additional fixes:

- Titanium 7 with Weather

- Internet Explorer icons (hopefully)

- Ability to add new WM 6.5 themes

Please help me test its stability and speed. Benchmarking can help us select an optimized pagepool size.

I've updated my phone with your ROM again, only problems i have so far are, if i lock the screen, then turn the backlight off, i have to unlock the phone twice (this doesn't happen if i just use the button to turn the backlight off and then try to unlock), at opera, i still can't zoom except with double click which zooms only half as much as i could and with motion screen, if i try to put it on automatic in settings and then press ok, it goes back to normal, if i try to do it by using favourite settings and exit them, screen goes again back to portrait mode. Any way to solve those bugs without waiting for newer releases?

Yesterday I downloaded your ROM "Omnia UltraLite ROM base DXID1 build 21806 with 16 MB pagepool" and installed it in a i900L, everything is working flawlessly, although I don't notice too much increase in speed, maybe I am not that attentive, well, everything is fine with this release, the only thing I am missing (before I had your "Omnia_UltraLite_21234") is the "torchlight" app that you included in Tools . . . well I think it was named that way, do you know where I can get it?

It was for turning on the flash of the camera so you can use it as a flashlight.
