Flashed to hybrid 23016/21928. Fast, responsive. Good rom. I don't say very good because I had issues with some panels, they won't appear on Titanium whatever I do with Chome editor: Ccomm, ATFavcontacts, Settings, facebook, Windows Live, Opera. Funny enough, CHome (Notifications panel) worked, the only one which works on some roms and not on others (didn't work on 21928). Flashing back to 21928 which GUI I like better anyway and with a new Notifications panel I just found over at xda, let's see if this one works. But 21928 is a very good rom, no glitch for the use I have. Thanks for your dedication Master K.

serial usb drivers definitely has a problem on 23001 and 23016 rom.. I'm using garmin xt and it freezed.. after that garmin will freeze my whole device everytime it detects my serial com ports.. I already posted in the last pages about other bugs which are also related to this one.. definitely not a device problem because it works ok in sectors rom, I just wanted kuanchais fast ultralite rom. thanks

Can someone rip the chome registry from UL-M2D_IF1_23016-21928 6 MB pagepool, give it to me, and explain to me how to upload it onto my phone? After installing GAlarm the clock on the home page links to GAlarm.exe even after I have removed GAlarm.

If someone can explain to me how to rip the registry and upload it that will work too.

I really don't want to flash the whole ROM again (and lose all my settings) because of dumb GAlarm.

hi, my garmin also worked for a few times but it freezed.

have you tried internet sharing through usb without problems? try to connect and have it disconnect by itself then reconnect it again if its working fine. thanks

Sorry, I won't make a ROM from this new build from 2 reasons:

1. Activesync doesn't work (error 8018001, cannot sync outlook)

2. GUI is much worst than 21928

Hi Khuanchai, been reading alot of good reviews about your cooked ROM. I have been using DXIA5/DZIA5 rom since the last official upgrade from Samsung. Ever since, it has been disappointing as they have not been posting new ROMs other from dedicated Omnia users in this forumn. Before I upgrade, I like to know the following:-

1. Can I go back to DXIA5/DZIA5 if all failed ?

2. Can I upgrade this 'Khuanchai_UL_M2D_23016-21928_PP6' from DXIA5/DZIA5 rom ?

3. Do I just execute the *.exe file and not need to use another sw (other than active-sync and samsung moderm driver ?

Appreciated you feedback as I almost died when my omnia frooze last year. Just being cautious ...

haha. Just flashed to tat rom. the Wifi is able to connect to my router. However, i cant seem to get opera and IE to get internet access. using the latest rom release on 2 Aug. any1 else encounter tis problem?

Flash to 23016/21928 a few days ago, and just today testing motion sensor, i cannot get it to rotate via motion sensor.

Havent not tested this in any other previous roms as i dont use the automatic rotation much.

I was wondering, does anybody know why khuanchai removed the 1% battery driver from his 22nd June and consecutive roms? I am currently using the 6mb pp 23001 rom and i think its great but i have also installed the 1% driver. I am not sure but i think it is causing the battery to run down faster. I just wanted to verify this with others.

I need really need help here. Im unable to serve internet explorer, opera mobile or read download my mails to read as the phone always prompt unable to connect to internet but wifi is connected. I don't know what is the problem. I have check all the setting in connections. All looks ok but still having problem connecting. I did not have this problem perviously. Any idea....!!

I have exactly the same problem, and i don't really know how to fix it, but by choosing another operator than yours, will let you go online.

Also check that under wifi(tab) you have choosen for "My network card connects to; The Internet" and for adapter you choose "sychip Jaguar WLAN GSPI Card"

I hope this helps....

If there is someone out there knows how to configure the settings to use your own operator, please share it with us.

I also wanna know if it is a problem to be using a different operator different than your own ???

PS: I guess the problem happened after inserting of the SIM Card where we have answered to auto configure the network/operator settings..

Yes, I have read that issue some time ago. Although it's insteresting idea but I don't have enough time to test. It also needs to put many files/programs into My storage or Storage Card. This is for advanced users not for beginners.

Maybe I will try this if I have more free time. :)
