hi Khuanchai and experts,

I just flashed my omnia to Khuanchai's latest build, but my omnia's auto rotate function seems like not working. No matter how i turn my omnia still in the portrait view. Please help. thanks. :)

Auto rotation doesn't work if you have installed Samsung Volume Control. That's a known bug with all KC's ROMs, you have to either uninstall it or manual rotate your screen (like I do).

it happened to me too, but but was last few build, all gone :)

try to google some restoration program and restore as much data as u can. in my case, i only manage restore 20% ;)

the luckiest part is i manage to get the contact backup list :) :) :)

what did u use to restore?

Using latest rom.

Just a few points to note:

When finish charging, it still shows the charging icon on the top bar. 2) some words are cut off. under the option where you can choose to lock screen when device wake up 3) under the amount of available ram left the (mb) word is missing.

1. MMS cannot work ...

2. Battery icon cannot work ...

3. When open Garmin XT ..Still got empty space between the program and the task bar.

4. SMS .. For new sms can read and reply ... But for old sms at simcard need wait about 1 minute just can reply ...

I've had success with SD cards from digital cameras in the past, but haven't tried one from a winmo phone before. I ususally use GetDataBack from runtime.org, which has had good results even from accidental formats. There are also decent free recovery programs out there, like Recuva (www.recuva.com) make sure you read the documentation first (http://docs.piriform.com/recuva) and you may need to do a deep scan if the normal one doesnt work (http://docs.piriform.com/recuva/using-recuva/wizard-mode/the-deep-scan-option)

I can't confirm at this stage if it will work with a winmo file system, but it's worth a try... Let us know how u get on :)

Orpheous, Recuvadidnt work very well i didnt even finish that deep scan, estimate was 3 hrs then tried GetDataBack and i restored about 8gb of stuff which is great except for the backups (calls,sms, and all that) :) but anyway thanks man, u saved my 8 gigs

i've been sorta using this build all day and i think its not for me, all the msg boxes are so big and ugly and i cant really find the pros in the 23xxx builds, i think theyre not there yet. Khuanchai, ur doing a great job, fastest most stable ROMs out there but for now i'll stick with either ur hybrid or dddrko's 21851, has anyone tried this one yet?

which version did u use ?

if i disabled the threaded sms , it will have hung effect

i use 23409 and threaded sms and have no problem

Will you make an UL ROM with build 21851, it would be the best ROM of WM6.5!

Tried dddrko's 21851 and liked it very much.

It's actually a 6.5 shell but you can't freely move start menu icons. Bad news, can't make a functional hybrid. May have to go with that shell. :)

icon seem like not fixed for the software install, for M$ icon, it's okay, for software i installed myself, the icon seem like too large, it's a quite standard ROM, stable? i still think your existing hybrid ROM is the best :)

how can i increase the bluetooth headset volume by means of Audio Gain? The default maximum level is too low for me.
