KC, I've noticed that with Mobile Shell 3 on build 23409, the top icons (volume, wireless manager, battery, etc.) won't slide over Mobile Shell. Is this a ROM problem, or a Mobile Shell problem?

Update: Omnia ROM base DXIF1 build 23409 with time bomb fix (5 September 2009)

Bug :

1. MMS cannot work ...

2. Battery icon cannot work ...

3. When open Garmin XT ..Still got empty space between the program and the task bar.

4. SMS .. For new sms can read and reply ... But for old sms at simcard need wait about 1 minute just can reply ...

5. Cannot make Video call

The number 3 isn't a bug for sure, it's a resolution problem, you have garmin on QVGA while your phone has WQVGA resolution.

+1, resolution issues was since 2303x, after test Garmin XT in this build in my device, immediately flash back to hybrid. Now i'm in dddrko's 21851 standard ROM, i think quite stable, similar hybrid, but you can not drag and move the menu, screen after lock, the time and date had "cut off" effect at the bottom part, icons a little bit blur for non-M$ build in software, other than these, all samsung software is workable in this build (tclock, samsung panel, samsung keyboard, etc) :) :) :)

The standard ROM didn't comes with NetCFv3.5 (advance Config cant work without this), MortScript (which i felt ROM more fast and responsive without MScript) and WOW, need to install your own if you want to, hopefully KC can release a build with fixed above (lock and icon).

Update: Omnia ROM base DXIF1 build 21851 with BT-audio fix (6 September 2009)

This is the UltraLite ROM based on build 21851. This seems to be more stable than those builds (230xx and 234xx) with new GUI.

Download here.

Again, please help me test all functions and post your screenshots.

Enjoy!

All KC's ROMs do not have the .csc file, there is no problem with that.

KC ,

In between 21928 and this 21851 , which one are more stable?

OK flashed the new 21851... everything is working as usual, seems faster as the 23016/21928 or maybe more and will keep testing for stability. Move around icons is missing as well as slide to tabs in WM screens. Looks like a winner to me! :)

EDIT: Also noticed that screen sensitivity is better than the hybrid and similar to 234xx builds.

No GUI is the standard WM6.5 as you can see from my screenshot of above post.

Main difference is that it is faster and more stable than last 218xx, 219xx builds. Screen sensitivity is also better. Very happy with 21815 and will stick with it for a while. :)

i find this slower to load up from a soft reboot than the shutxp program, but it does look nicer tho,

Then remove your card before flash your omnia.

Also never had this kind of problem.
