[ROM] Omnia WM 6.5.1 ROM base DXIF1 build 23081 with BT-audio fix (1 November 2009)

I have a I900L and I was interested to install this rom: 49. UL_IF1_23053 6 pagepool MB. serves for the i900L?

WM6.5 that original parts missing?

I have installed 23053 and using it since 2 days. I can easily say that 23053 is as stable as 21851. Activsync, GPS, GPRS, E-mail, 3G, HSPDA is all working for me.

This also happened to me in ALL 6.5 ROM's I tried.

How many contacts do you have? I have over 1.000.

I found a fix...!!... Actually if you use microsoft's default dialler phone pad, this issue is not seen. when i was on samsung's custom phone pad, this issue came, i disabled it (by using khuanachi's favourite hackings).

Since it's no freeware it makes no sense to include that in general for a handful people that might buy the software...!?

Yes, I knew that, with wm default dialer this doesn't happen, but I want use the Samsung dialer.

I had this problem many times and i figure out that problem comes when you mention "format internal device memory" on ROM setup window! don't check it and you won't have problem! i mean flash your device again without checking "format internal device memory"!

I'm very happy that i am able to help somebody because i had the same problem with the khuanchai ROM 23016 also 23053(I didn't use any other rom may be all of them have this problem) and when i asked and really want some help no body responded and i solved problem myself(not solving just figure out that I'm doing something that causes that problem)

Thanks Kuanchai for this amazing ROM (23053 UL)

I have one problem: I cannot connect to the internet with WIFI or GPRS.

I am in Canada and my operator is not in the list of presets in Settings/connections/operator settings - therefore I cannot "change the operator, wait 30 secs, and then select my operator again" to resolve the problem.

I tried using a debug screen to add my operator to the operator list but Canada is not in the list of available countries for america. (using this: *#1546792*# , select 'Preconfiguration' then enter code *#81230*#)

I tried hard reseting the phone, refusing the automatic configuration, and going directly to enter connection manually in settings/connections/connections, but when I hit finish after entering all settings, the connection is invisible and there is no option to "manage existing connections". If I try to add another connection using the same name again, i get told a connection already exists with that name (i can also see it under settings/connections/GPRS Authentication)

Any suggestions?

The best program i have ever seen with very user friendly skin is tman v0.9.11 and it is working with 23053 rom just a little bug with gui of 23053 (as the start and close button in this rom going in bottom of the screen and top toolbar is narrower the X button of this program showed in half size) but you can neglect it.

Arabic or persian ? if you want arabic please give it a try program called "Effy Arabic v3.0" this is the original program of arabic roms,

I had the same problem! this rom is from Singapore(or Malaysia i don't know exactly) and it contains only 3 operator of its country, I'm from Armenia and use vivacell but this operator is not listed there!

So you can choose one of them as you like(as i know) but i choose singtel, now about your problem you can "change the operator, wait 30 secs, and then select previous operator again" just select M1 in operator lists and after 30 seconds again make it singtel then go to manage existing connection now you will see singtel profile.

ok now go to setting-connections and press automatically configuartion and let phone automatically configure the connection and you will done, after that every time you go in setting-connection "manage existing connection" won't disappear and by pressing it you will see your operator profile, thats it!

P.S your asked question was my second question in this forum that no body giving me answer and i figure it out myself

maybe bug in coreplyr 1.3.5 cos it's working in my 1.3.2.maybe a re-install might clear it up.

I uninstall it 1.3.5 and install newest one 1.3.6 but problem was exist until i have decided to remove arabizer(just i guess that problem may be come from arabizer) and yes arabizer make a big trouble for coreplayer :)

now i have to find another arabizer which will work with coreplayer...

P.S I'm Armenian but learn persian thats why i need arabizer to read persian articles!

HI

For Arabic or Persian font in khunchay roms you should just install arabic' cab and then restart your device. I arrached it for you.

Special Thank for Khuanchay. your roms is really elegant and we know that it last a lot of time to develop them.

For Hebrew that works with Master K's brilliant new rom:

install this cab: Heb_417_EN_NoKB_Digitfixed.cab

soft reset

install this cab: vivi_Regional.cab

Change region to Hebrew

soft reset

All done.
