Update: Omnia 3-in-1 (Titanium-TouchFlo2D-TodaySTD) ROM build 21202 with AudioBT fix (6 April 2009)

With sector's help, this new ROM build has no time bomb. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi work as usual.

Anyway if 3-in-1 leaves 114Mb, i just dont understand why TouchWiZ leaves only 71-74Mb.

That takes up around 40Mb of space! (Insane!)

That is what Samsung designed for widget installation. It takes almost 20 MB in the ROM but also needs almost same space to copy those same files to another location (\Windows\OnlineWidget).

I have some ideas to save storage memory but will have to test before.

1. Make a CAB for installation. This way it will use only 20 MB for storage.

2. Store omniawidget files in /My storage or /Storage card and run a script to install it on first boot. This way it will also use 20 MB for storage.

3. Store all omniawidget files in /My storage or /Storage card and point the registry to this folder. This way it will use very little storage memory.

thanks to frizprezz's guide on how to customiz Titanium today........ however, i've found a way to do that(from other forum)without installing the buggy weather panel.

here is how........ a bit long, but works perfect on my phone. (21198 3 in 1)

1. install CHome Config Cab

2. open up a registry editor(i use SKTool)

3. fowllow the screen shots below:

4. u'll notice that in the screenshots, there r 3 different XML registries. they r the things u need to edit, all u need to do is just add CLinks at same spot in all 3 strings. for example, i added CLink just b4 the CClock, dont forget add " ; " to seperate each names. then softreset........now step one is finished.

5. disable the Titanium today, open up CHome Config from ur device, find CLinks and tap show on the bottom right soft key, then highlight it from the list, then menu>panel>customize. then menu>page>new>click yes>menu again>template>application launcher>select whatever program u want to add>ok, u can add as much as u want, i added 14 of them. when u finished, tap done, then exit, it'll ask u to save the change, at this point u dont have to reset ur phone. check ur titanium today and play with it. let me know if u have any further Qs.

Edit: the pic r bit out of order, sorry about that. but i think u guys will figure it out if u tweak ur phoe a lot in the past B)

Sector has removed the weather in the latest build, due to buggy and using mortscript (bad programming)

Hi m8, what i done was set the lock to windows classic by going to Start, settings, lock then display and then set S2U2 the way you want it but did have to leave slide to answer off as you can't answer the call. That seems to work fine for me.

Thanks for the help but when i Hold the end key to lock the phone, it doesn't go to the S2U2 lock. It goes to the regular windows lock. Anything else that you may have done that you left out?

Hi all,

There's an memory usage issue I noticed lately after I installed the 21198 build, not sure if it's normal. When phone first start up from soft reset it only uses 35-40% of available memory. However as I open and completely close out programs the memory usage slowly go up to 50-53% and stays that way causing the phone reaction to slow down noticeably. Could it be that programs are not completely close out when I press & hold X or choose EXIT? Anyone seeing the same problem as me?

Such programs are message, email, google maps, I.E., nothing that is not included with the ROM.

My omnia is dead.

This happened last saturday after flashing Kuanchai's 4-in-1 21198. All went smoothly during flashing up to "Job done" pop-up. But my phone didnt start-up, as should be. Screen was black with the power switch red light. I've flashed my omnia several times (wm6.1 & 6.5 alike) but this the first time to happen. My rom prior to this flashing was PhamQuang's wm6.5.

I need anybody's help. THANK YOU.

P.S.: I posted my problem here rather than creating a new thread. (a kind of OT)

I have a new bug again.

The vibration does not work now when I receive SMS and Call. Before with this ROM, it worked very well but now nothing.

I found the solve again. B)

I have installed an other version of Opera 9.5 ( build 15746) for Omnia, this version disable the vibrate.

i have installed this version because the Zoom of Opera in this ROM does not work very well.

Someone to give me a link for download an other version of Opera ???
