text messages i can read and reply with no problem ....

mail i can not read in manila :) i have to go to start/messages/my mail account ...

Sorry I have no time to make new 6.1 ROM. Please try other chefs' ROM if you really need a 6.1 ROM. My latest 6.1 was 21028 and it's based on DXIA5. From ID1, I have cooked only 6.5 ROM.

i cant reply message nor view message , when i try to click menu .. it pop out " THE MESSAGE CANNOT BE SIGNED AND/OR ENCRYTED. "

I figured out why my WMP was skipping - i enabled "Lock on resume from standby" and it was skipping - disabled that and it's now fine.....annoying

Oh well - will get another USB cable soon and flash to the latest rom then

Thank you. I didn't use opera and cannot answer this question. Someone please confirm and I will change opera to this version in the next ROM. In fact, I can remove opera from all ROM's if all agree then you can install any version you want. <_<

Hi khuanchai, I'm currently on your 21725 Ultre Lite rom, and I'm almost 100 per cent satisfied, and God knows that I am not easy to satify! For your rom to be my perfect rom, I'm asking you if it's possible to add the following Titanium panels in your next Ultra Lite rom: Notifications (or Chome), the one with Missed call, voicemail, sms and email notifications in 1, and the Comm manager panel (the one with Phone, bluetooth, flight mode, wifi etc.) because no matter how hard I try, I can't get them to work, trying since yesterday, at best the partially work, and even then, I still have a mortscript error stating that there is no application...

It seems that those panels work well when cooked (e.g. Sector's Q1N).

That will not work for your search for wm6.1 as 21725 is also wm6.5. (but I think you know that.)

21725 and others are the core build numbers from Microsoft.

Since just before 21200 (don't remember the exact number) Microsoft changed from Windows Mobile 6.1 to 6.5.

You can understand how Microsoft would not go back to 6.1 after many releases/works of wm6.5. This is what the cooks start with.

You need to get a old cooked rom to get wm6.1. Maybe these will help:

The title of socks thread in this sub-forum says wm6.1. You might try there.

You might also check the Samsung site for the "official" rom. It might still be at wm6.1.

The first post of secany's thread looks like it has old roms you can get.

shokka9 was also cooking wm6.1 roms if you can find his thread.

+1 on this. Opera ia good example of a program that should not be cooked in - a popular addin that is large and has often new releases. As a cab addon, it can easily be removed and new release installed at any time, without flashing a new rom.

I installed khuanchai rom the last one from the list,all went well int the installation process,flashed it ok,and then jobs done right,disconnected the cable,it reboots,then starting windows mobile screen with sector&khuanchai name on it,then tap screen alignment thingy,then setups/configs....then sima card thingy,then automatic config in seconds message appeared,then it installs something up to the 3rd file spconfig.txt i think,then the reset device happens....THIS HAPPENS OVER AND OVER AGAIN....dont know why and it just does this......HELP ANYONE?

I've a question, with the rom. How can I put a program as défault than those giving by Windows Mobile.

Exemple, I've bought the sms application from VITO; SMS-Chat, and I would like to put this program in place from the Windows Mobile, sms défault application.

As Khuanchai's Rom, as I click on the "text" on the Today screen, I would like that it open SMS-Chat from VITO instead the Windows.

Ive manage to hard reset manually my phone,i tried the other way of hard resetting,its totally off my omnia,pressed call and end button,then powered it on,in a flash its on the formatting screen,.............BUT......still resets the devise at sdconfig.txt customization procedure........iam giving up already....this is hopeless!!!!

13. Unknown Caller ID bug: There is a bug when you lock the screen and press power off button. It will show unknown caller ID on incoming call. If you really need to see correct caller ID on lockscreen, you have to set your phone to "Lock on waken up". (Settings>Personal>Buttons>Wake up). Press power off or leave your phone to sleep by itself and you will get correct caller ID on incoming calls. Do not lock the screen before power off.

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with reading emails using lite 21725 .

I can download the headers fine but when I open on the email there is nothing but a blank white screen. This happens both on gmail and on hotmail. Its a new problem and has only happened with the above rom.

I did a hard reset and it works now.

Hi Kun,

Ive just loaded up your latest 3 in 1 ROM, 21725, but touchflo keeps dissappearing, and sometimes when im in the middle of doing something, the phone will just go back to a blank today screen. Touchflo does eventually come back on, but it doesnt say "Tap here to launch touchflo" or "Launching touchflo" it will just appear again.

If it helps i did notice that if you go into today settins whilst touchflo is missing, then the box is unticked... If you wait on the today screen it does re-tick itself, but this is really annoying and seems to happen every couple of minutes!

A minor thing, when S2U2 is on when you recieve a text, in this ROM version, i cant slide the bar to unlock across the bottom of the screen as when i press, keys of my keyboard appear from the text reply behind, as you press the screen, a letter key will briefly show up then vanish again. The only way around this is not to have a text open when it locks, but this is not really a fix!

Other than that, this rom seems to run a lot smoother on my omnia than previous roms, less hangs on texting etc..

EDIT: OH!! and for the firs time EVER on my omnia, it syncs with vista/outlook!! All my contacts and calinder appointments now actually transfer, so i dont know what you did, but a MASSIVE thankyou for that!!
