but braindoc could you upload the docks and buttons because i would like to costumize my menu a bit but i dont know how to make the buttons <_<

All the buttons are in the .rar file ..NewConcept\_Images folder.

I made my buttons and docks using Photoshop, but you could use any type of drawing or painting software. Just make sure your buttons and docks are the same size as the ones included in the skin (the originals can be found in the 'Images' folder) and save them as png files in the 'Images' folder. Then in author mode replace the original images with the ones you made. Also, while in author mode, you will need to edit which program is launched when the button is pushed. Make sure you have a copy of the original skin saved somewhere on your computer so in case you mess things up you can reload it and start over - one issue with WAD2 is that there is no 'undo'.
