Guest bazookak Posted October 11, 2009 Report Share Posted October 11, 2009 hey shokka! really like the new v23 m2d, i only got 2 problems. first, audio manager, i cant seem to find the proper verison, keeps telling me that its either not signed in with trusted certificate, or one of its compononets cannot be found. can anybody help me, point me in the right direction? the other problem is, background. if i go to settings in the manila tab n press change background, nothing happens. hope to get an answer quick! txs guyz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hey Shokka, do you have a cab for the dial screen? It's a known bug with the new M2D, no missed calls on homescreen. One question, is there any way to change either the "phone" or "camera" soft buttons on the home screen to "contacts" since there are already phone and camera hard buttons this would be more useful for me? In setting tab wallpaper doesnt work and so is the communication. 3. Program tab when i changed layout to 4 on 3 i got the icons titles show on to of the icon itself. When i changed back it is still like that. 4. Although i have internet connection i can not surf via IE. But i get weather update auto time zone and i can send MMS and get mail so for sure i have internet connection. 5. I8000 dial pad is great bt in the menu some of the option are in chinees. I dont have that, so dont know! 2. This is problem with M2D, thats why the panel is disabled by default! 3. See above answer for 2. 4. Have you changed operators....??? It always works, read the first post. 5. Again, read the first post, it is like this. Work it out please and learn some stuff for yourself. @ All There are obviously little issues in the ROM, not from me, but from the things i have used..like the i8000 dialler; it has some chinese menu's. Does it work, YES. Can you work these things out for yourself, YES. M2D is not perfect, but IF YOU LEAVE IT HOW IT IS; YOUR ISSUES WILL BE MINIMIZED. THIS IS WHY I MAKE THE ROM THE WAY IT IS! Would be nice to see a comment that isnt negative. The way i look at it is, do you get what i give you Standard....NO. Can you make a ROM like this?? If the answer is NO, then please try not to say i have this wrong and this bug... Most bugs posted only happen to the user, individuals, not masses. If you leave the builds as they are, then they are fine. I run my own builds....i dont get any issues. Except the little issues with M2D, but if you leave it alone, there are fine. M2D is NOT made for Omnia. It is made for HTC.....it WILL NEVER BE PERFECT!!! Please read the first posts fully and try to deal with the little issues you find yourself.
