Hey!! Love your Romz ShokkA9!!! Yours were the first i tried and was quite scared in beginning not knowing anything on what, or how to do anything... lolx but All's Well That Ends well, they say. :D

Well I flashed originally from WM6.1 Original ROM with phone part DXHJ1 to Windows 6.5 SHKv17 with in build PDA DXID1 but my phone part remained the same, i.e DXHJ1 which i know cuz there is no inbuild phone part included in your roms.

However, I want to go to DXID1 phone part now,.... so any advice , help? Can I just directly put the phone part over the WM6.5 SHKv17 or no...?

i have I900L, and it's good for me that Shokka roms come without phone part, because of frequency problems between I900 and I900L.

i know i can remove it, but ppl should know about this issue

To get the DXID1 phone part, you'll have to download and flashed to a ROM with that phone part first, then flash with SHKv17 again to get back the PDA part.

Thanks Batistian! But What if i use just the UDL Xp phone.bin installer ? Will it cause any problems?

EDIT: Never mind,... I installed it thru GrandPrix with phone part bin only.. and it worked like a charm!

Just got done installing ShokkA V20.

I've gotta say a huge jump from V17. Will try out everything and tell the differences.. but for now, BIG MENUS, EASY TOUCHING, FAST INTERFACE, AND SO MUCHH EYE CANDY.

Did this happened after you've installed some 3rd party software?

Happens after I've flashed to v19, I ahve reflashed a few times and the same thing happens. It seems I only get duplicate songs etc when I am in TouchFlo mode. If I put an album in root folder of my storage and when i go to Music tab in TouchFlo mode and press Library it shows 2 of every song.

After testing another rom I get the same thing. Anyone know how to remove that "My Storage" folder in the root of My Storage. Cannot delete it.

Not sure what I did but I think I solved it. Changed the omnia to mass storage device then back again and now that extra folder seems to be gone. :D

My omnia is rebooting too many times!

Sometimes he reboots at the robot screen. Sometimes after the robot screen...

I have flashed and disconected the USB when the device restarts at its first time... I got Job Done Too!

Its Normal?

I was playing around with the settings of the themes and changed to another one, and now DUSK wont come back... :-|

I want to install the new version 1.5.1.0 over the installed 1.2.10.0 but even though I install it on Device it doesn't replace the old version... like it was unavailable.

hey peeps....

i with my Kids at weekend, NO PC!!!! So no posting or cooking :D for me...

just got in, so i will chill out for a bit, then maybe (i said maybe) get in the kitchen. I know there are newer SYS, but i not bothered....

I finish this build (23034) then thats it for me for a few weeks....then i drop another bomb (or 4)!!!

NO!! It will never work with 6.5....just the way it is! This has been answered 8 to 8 times already. I miss it but we are never going to get it back if we continue to use 6.5 Roms. Sorry for the bad news.

Anyhooo

I have fixed M2D build, god knows what it was, just doing a little twist on the theme, if that works, then i will upload. Using some of Zubiks work (thanks Zub!!)

So maybe if i upload it, it will be here later for you guys..and the LITE version too.

EDIT:

Uploading M2D now, then LITE....so it be here soon. Not enitelry happy with M2D theme, i cant get the task bar to go transparent, even tho it is ???

So for now, there is a black bar above windows task bar, it is NO biggie, just annoying for me :angry:

Normally, it's just reboot one more time after the first startup, but somtimes it'll happen a few times.

So far, the maximum reboot I got was 2 times.

If the system runs fine after the multiple-reboot, then it'll be alright. That's normal.

It has the lock button, not the whole screen....

I have changed the theme slightly, see post one, new image, not this one :D

Did you back it up before you changed to another theme?

If not, then it's lost and there's 2 ways to get it back. Look for the theme and install it or Hard-Reset your device.
