added touch response to first post.

install it, choose device 11 from the device drop down.

i also tick the option in advanced tab. to only have vibration in keyboards.

not home, just seein my kids. if issue still exist in newer builds i will cook it :D

Great work on v20, finally the Omnia is how it should have been from the box. :D

One question though, how would I go about to add new songs etc to the alarm? On v19 I just copied the sound file into windows folder and it showed up in the alarm list. But it doesnt seem to pop up in the alarm list for me in v20.

For the startup sound, just drop this PowerOn.wav into your device's \Windows.

I forgot what is the original sound of the up/down. Do you really need that?

u need to update 1st with master shokkas' rom with DXID1 phn part..then flash to this ROM...

as for the gps updating working flawlessly here...cheersss :D

Hi everyone,

First i would like to thank Shokka :angry: for his great work towards the community.

I've been reading the forums for 2 days now before even considering to update my Omnia.

Now i am kinda stuck at the right procedure to put Shokka9 v20 on my Omnia, i've read numerous tutorials and how to's over and over again but i still dont understand one thing.

I have VMware on my pc with windows xp running and installed the modem drivers etc, xp is recognizing my phone etc.

Do i just start the i900DXID1_SHKv20_M2D.exe now? or do i need to upgrade my phone from windows mobile 6.1 to 6.5 first or something before installing the Shokka9 V20 ROM? Or does the i900DXID1_SHKv20_M2D.exe make it WM6.5 automaticly?

My Omnia specs:

PDA: i900 XKHK3/ ASHK2

PHONE: i900XXHJ2.

I hope someone can help me out with this concern/problem. :D

1st it is important to update ur phone part to dxdi1 1st..try to flash with shokka's m2d V7 if i'm not mistaken..or try search for phon epart DXDI1 in this forum...

then after ur phonepart is updated ur good to flash to any rom u want... ;)

for the VMware..part..pls make sure u disable everything in the "windows mobile device setting" in vista...

shut off antivirus as well as firewall...then in vmware...make sure u do the same thing;(shutting off a/virus & firewall) and maximised xp windows so that u dont accidentally click vista windows.

should u decide to flash with master shokka V20..then it'll automatically makes ur omnia a 6.5 windows mobile ;) ;)

Just flash to SHKv6 or v7. After that, flash to this SHKv20 will do.

If you don't mind keeping your old Phone part, then just flash directly with this SHKv20.

i900XXHJ2...which country are you in? Not sure if DXID1 phone will work in your country.

I asked this question before (sorry for being repeating myself) but I never got a reply :-(

(first time ever downloading a mod so bear with me please)

I'm planning on downloading the i900DXID1 SHKv20 23034 M2D mod for my Anycoll i908e chinese cell. (it is my understanding that i need to use the i900 mods for my i908e cell NOT the i910 mods)

The main question I have is:

1.)does this mod(i900DXID1 SHKv20 23034 M2D ) have a program to use the built in TV Tuner (it has a built -in telescoping antennae and all and would hate to make this feature useless)???

1a.) if not can i just download an app to access that option?

All I see listed in the features is a TV OUT option but no TV tuner option.

Any thoughts you have on this OR on my updating the OS for this cell? (I hate the built in OS with a PASSION! -Dear God I hate it!! Please help... :-( )

hi, please note that Anycoll i908e is not from Samsung. It's China banded phone designed to look like Omnia i900. Therefore, you will not be able to use any of the ROM here.

Well, my 3G works fine, try the operator trick....sometimes it happens and you need to just reset the operator again.

There are NO issues with SHKv20 Connectivity!!

Hi folk, maybe will repeat the question asked before and sorry if for my spam here. But ho to make 3G cals I mean video call. When I try it like select some contact and try to videocall, this button for it is like watermarked and useless.
