Mobile Shell 3 is really smooth. I like the interface much more than any of the previous spb versions. Once people start developing skins and widgets for this new mobile shell, it will easily be the best WM interface. I'm flashing to Wozzer's version without M2D and sticking to mobile shell.

So, has anyone figured out how to get the wifi working? I tried enabling it in easy settings... just get the WM version of the hour glass forever.

if i wanted to go back to the version without m2d could i back up everything and then restore on the old version bc i was not able to restore on the m2d version from the v4?

Added wlanloader.exe to startup, so when I soft reset, I unload, then reload the driver :excl:

Not sure if this helps, but the driver is loading on boot...I have to unload, then reload it for it work though.

ALSO: holy crap i just flashed v5 and I have 106.82 megs left!!!! geez Wozzer, youve really outdone yourself!

Flashed the non m2d ROM last night and put in SPB mobile shell 3. Works awesome. One weird thing though. BAF GPS toggle doesn't show up on my today screen when I minimize spb...

I'm not sure if its related to this rom or not. But I lost my ringer last night. I did a hard reset and it came back... I reinstalled a few basic apps (igo 8, AIM, Skyfire) and then I noticed my ringer was gone again!

It works on vibrate. if anyone has any ideas or suggestions let me know!

I'm new to the forum so dont get mad if you feel im posting this in the wrong spot. I do love this rom so far. I loaded it within minutes of getting my phone =)

I stuck v3 on my phone yesterday as well. The smoothness and look are great. But I don't know that I'll keep it. I don't like the launcher at all. I don't want to see "most recently used" programs; I want to configure an array of icons in the order I want. And voicemail isn't working. I have it set up as *86,,1111 to automatically dial the password but v3 keeps losing the commas to in the dialer it just looks like *861111 which doesn't work. And as sweet as the Carousel view is - how do I get rid of some of the faces that I don't want? I don't need both the Professional Home and Lifestyle Home sowing on the Carousel. Maybe there's a way to do this but I haven't found it yet. And one of the things I really like about M2D is the Google screen where I can enter a search for like Pizza and it pops up the result list and then remembers my searches. Maybe somebody will come up with a cool v3 theme to address some of these issues; otherwise I'll probably go back to M2d until someone cooks a WM6.5 ROM. Curious if anyone else is running into these things with v3??

I really like the Lifestyle Home with the widgets; this is how Samsung should have done theirs. It's very nice.
