Just downloaded QBus DXIA5 - QB06 rom, and ran the installer - the SGH-I900 v 1.6.4 software window found the phone, and downloaded EBOOT and rebooted the phone with the message "PDA Reboot to download Eboot twice!!"

The window at the top is saying "Waiting for rebooting..." but the phone is red light on, nothing on screen. It's been like this for 20 minutes... Is it bricked?

I had BVHH1 originally - I tried to upgrade to MSJH1 but it failed and left the phone on the logo screen - I found a thread on here which suggested I upgraded to Secany's safe Rom, which went perfectly - except I had a problem with the phone going to "sleep" and having to reset it.

So I've attempted to install this latest Rom with these results. Any help would be appreciated!

No I just went to QBus from Secany's rom. Should I have tried an original rom first? The phone is dead now and isn't recognised by the computer. Switch off and red light just comes on without anything on the screen.

Yeah I had the modem driver installed - I think the rom was Dutch, but can't install a rom now - the phone is definitely dead, and USB doesn't recognise it when it's plugged in :excl:

Turn on the fone while holding both front buttons down, the fone will be ready for reflashing. (you will see a screen on the fone if it works).

i guess you have to go were you buy you phone, but you mat say goodbye to warranty :excl:

just a question, did you follow all steps to flash your rom? i guess not, because something went wrong.

i flashed mine over 100 times (for sure) and the only problem i had was bricking my omnia not because of the flash itself but because my little kid umplugged the cable wile flashing :excl: but i`ve manage to reflash again with an original rom and activate warranty but in your case....DEAD PHONE!!!!
