Btw, I'm using the Cellcom ROM and I've downgraded from 6.5 back to official Cellcom's and after uninstalling the Hebrew MUI, the device got a new life and works much better and faster the same as 6.5 (but better because it's official and all features are working fine like: Video Call, Wap...)
