Small side note still cant FM radio to work... But still LOVE IT!!!

hey everyone i'm new here and have been enjoying wozzer's 6.5 releases since version 1.

i just flashed to version 3 lite from version 2 and now the windows default today screen has totally changed. before, the top item on the scroll list was the home service with all the icons underneath it for wireless, missed calls, ect. exactly like wozzer's pic in the first post. now the top of the list is the pictures panel and there isn't any panel in the list that has those handy shortcuts...

i haven't seen anyone else with this problem so maybe i'm just doing something wrong?

You can change all of that in Start>Utilities>CHome Editor

Highlight the items on the left and use the up/down buttons to move around or the menu on the bottom left to remove.  You can also customize as needed.  I created an audio panel and then SMPlayer as a page then I removed the music panel.  Play around and you'll get it.  After you move stuff around, make sure you save order.

I asked a few times but no replies.  I'd love to change some items in the touchflo setup and if anyone has some hints, tips, tutorials or a link to anything similar, let me know.  I think moving the titanium in place of the junk weather and also smplayer to the audio widget would finish things up nicely.  I just can't figure out where I need to start modding.

BTW, glossblack theme is really nice. I find the honeycomb a bit easier to see icons and the overall look is great.

Well.. I was going to update to WoZZeR's 6.5 naked rom..

Long story short, this is the second Omnia I have bricked..

The first one updated just fine with the leaked rom.. This one wouldn't even do that.

Certified like new on its way.. Should be here Monday so I can brick it too..

Thanks for all the hard work, WoZZeR.. Hopefully, I'll be able to utilize the fruits of your labor on the next one. :D

Ok, I just can't figure this out! I have flashed 3 times now and I can't seem to get my Incoming Call ringtone to do anything. It won't ring at all, no matter if I get an actual call or if I try to select it in the settings. It doesn't matter if I pick the default one (using the lite rom) or if I use a downloaded ringtone. Whats going on??

Ringtone issue lite v.3

Does anyone else have this ringtone issue that is driving me to drinks. once they are set they work, than they won't get recognized anymore and All screens that are affiliated with ringtones won't close due to them being naughty little ringtones. See image. Need help. Need the stupid ringtones to know who's calling when the MS voice is off.

Samething, Lite v3. But I was getting the same problem using M2D as well...

LOL report it to Wozz's bugtracker. I've reported this in v.2 and v.3 but he probably thinking I lost it. Will take u 2 min.

I flashed V3 Lite, restored my SPB backup from V2 Lite (emails, texts, & PIM only). But it doesn't restore my email accounts or text messages. The email messages are in the Windows/Messaging folder. But, no accounts and no text messages. Calendar & contacts restored fine.

Anyone else???? Any thoughts?

Thanks that helped some CHome Editor gets an error when you pick Visual Voice Mail something about invalid path and doesn't let you pick an icon.

The rom doesn't come loaded w/ the icons. You have to put them on yourself. Path that I used (that works) is /My Documents/My Pictures. CHome Editor was able to find them automatically. Your icons need to be 42x42 pixels and png format.

just flashed the .03 lite version, added touch player and couple other things and restored spb backup file and all is working perfect. thanks for all the hard work.

Same here. This was a great opportunity for me to figure out how to use spb backup properly. Works great! Only thing that didn't come over properly was the email set up, and the titanium Today screen only needed some tweaking. Thanks Wozzer!

No, text messaging isn't a whole lot better, but I use vito-sms, which works pretty good.

Hey WoZZeR, I'm trying to use SMS-Chat as well, and was wondering if you have figured out a way to have it open instead of the WinMo messaging app when you tap it in Titanium. Any luck?

ok so i have flashed quite a few phones in the past from different carriers. I followed the instructions to a "T", the omnia flashing tool showed all ok via the log file, the phone reset and now im stuck in a frozen omnia boot screen (the one that says samsung omnia with the glowing progress bar). I have searched all over these forums and others of course and I cannot find any report of something like this happening. I even did a hard reset after leaving the phone unplugged with the battery out for awhile now. anyone know where i can get an original i910 rom so i can start over or any other suggestions? thank you

Awesome got this to work on my 2nd omnia :D thx for all the hard work wozzer love it so far. Only thing is i cant get the honeycomb thing to work. I looked under settings but there is no option for large display. I did use the lite rom is that removed in that version?
