Wozzer i was messing around and changed the today screen wallpaper then went back and unchecked the box so i would back original and it gives me some thin abstract pic that i cant find and titanium is no longer in the list in settings -->items just windows default any thing u can think of wld help thanks

i unchecked it too ^^ and thats what happened so i tried windows default just for the heck of it

DAMN IT! The day I release, a new version comes out, lol. 21232 is stable for now, I'm not sure if 21234 will bring much more.

How are you editing the panels? I have tried Showaco's Chome editor 1.5 and 1.6 but none of the changes I make are ever reflected on the home screen. I loved the new panels in this release but when I did my restore from version 2 it removed the new panels and I can't get them back.

Another awesome job Wozzer, thank you and keep it up. Verizon should be paying you because I would probably be an AT&T iPhone user if not for you and the rest of the hackers.

So, I have another noob question question. How does one dit the panels? I see the CHome editor in the utilities folder in the start menu, and I watched a short video on how to work it somewhat but I would like more info. I have seen some screen shots where the panels are centered on the screen and panels that contain text, email, miseed calls, settings, etc (all in ones) in one panel. How does one do that, or could you point me in the direction of some info?

You have to make sure to hit exit on the bottom right, not just the X in the corner for the CHome editor.

First of all, I would suggest starting from scratch installing apps and only restore PIM info, sometimes a backup from an older ROM will conflict, or take over new tweaks/apps in the new ROM.

As for using cHome, two things that really got me....are you closing Titanium before any editing and then restarting when done? (Today settings, Items, unchecking WMdefault/Titanium)

It took a few tries before I got used to hitting that 'SAVE' button before exiting cHome as well....don't know why, but it took a few tries before I got in the habit.

I also learned that other than the ordering of the panels, you can't do much with the stock panels, they don't take any changes made with cHome are more for panels created WITH cHome.

Make sure CLauncher is enabled in the CHome Editor. If it still doesn't show up look in your Titanium_240x400.cpr xml file to make sure the CLauncher layers are in there.

The thing with CHome Editor is that it ONLY modifies the registry entries for the panels. The .cpr file also contains information required for each panel you want to display.

Also if you're having trouble getting CHome Editor to work you can also just go into the registry with your favorite registry editor and change the order of panels or easily edit a panel directly. It's pretty straightforward.
