scared about flash to 6.5

hi i'm from italy i had many pda before, but 'im new on omnia now i have the version shown on the screen (updatete from original rom samsung).

i would like to upgrade to wm 6.5 but scared to brick the phone (it's new :D) and to have a non fully functional phone can you give me some suggestion?

how can i go back to the original rom?

please i need infos!!! :lol:
