Samsung I900 cannot display call or ringtone after using Agis GPS Software

Dear all Big Brother and Sister,

I need some advise from you. Recently, I noticed that I am not receiving call instead is on/off buttom always blink "red". I need to restart the phone to back to normal! So everytime when I use GPS Agis, I have to reset the phone inorder to receive call display and ring tone. I have sent yo SAMSUNG and the only special task (Which takes up to 3 days to do) is to reinstall the OS and clean the phone memory. I have sent to the service center twice.............. I guess what they can do,,I also can... It is a problem to me. Any advice?
