Discussing how to dump original ROM form device and make it flashable

HI,

Can we start a new discuss, about STEP by STEP on how to BACKUP ROM (DUMP? ) form device and FLASH BACK to device. Without any editting the original ROM.

it seem some poeple have discussing dump as raw files, but no more discussing on how to make it flashable.

actually i want learn how to dump and restore ROM. so can anyone join for discuss this ?
