Guest blazingwolf Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Yes, they we installed to my storage card. I'm not sure what you mean by "ready" though. Like any computer that has just been restarted things become available to us as they are ready or started up. Storage cards are usually last in the list. So when the today screen and start menu are ready and have collected all of the info they need your storage card is not so a basic system icon is assigned. Try installing to My Storage and see if the issue goes away.

This now leads to a correction in me stating that they were installed to a card, I was not thinking correctly, they are installed to my storage. I'm sorry of the mix up.
Guest icefalkon Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Um...BW....am I missing something? I can't find this "fingerkeyboard" thing....?
Guest techmaster7545 Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Yes, but so far it has not worked. 5.1 is uploading. I'll post once it is finished. so far it looks like its working on my phone me and BW will have to see what differences are between phones
Guest blazingwolf Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Um...BW....am I missing something? I can't find this "fingerkeyboard" thing....? I don't have FingerKeyboard in the ROM. The fix was for it to work for people that install that keyboard.

How many programs have you installed when this starts to happen? I have not run in to the issue when I have installed Google Maps.
Guest blazingwolf Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 so far it looks like its working on my phone me and BW will have to see what differences are between phones I found another one that works. I'll see what I can do to make it available for download. :D

Guest blazingwolf Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 what did u think abt my thought on it reading 20% increments and easy settings reading 5% increments u think we can make them match That is normal for the old battery driver. Easy settings in the CC20 ROM was designed to read in 5% increments but the normal battery still did the 20%. If you get one of the hacked drivers by kabkab both meters will read in 1% increments. He just released 2 new versions this morning so I will have to spend some time with them and see how they work. I must say the battery drain on the first 256 version he posted did great in my over night test.
Guest MrCapcom Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 BW I flashed Adrynalyne 3.6 Rom and im not having that problem with data. I don't know why I was having it with yours, check it out I usually do a full hard reset on storage and the rom I flashed yours once i setup at least just windows live everytime I hit the end key no matter where I'm at it disconnects my data then I get spammed with errors not beign able to connect or conncting. And I noticed my signal was always bad on the new rom it has more bars, and im in the same place

Guest lsolsen Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Finished flash this morning. Very nice. I was ready to throw this phone in front of a train. Now, the iface is usable. Thanks.
Guest icefalkon Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Hey BW...I'm not getting notifications of someone calling while I"m on a call...I'm also not getting the normal notification of getting a voicemail. For some reason I'm getting a text message whenever a voicemail comes in? Weird!
Guest xpilesx Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 (edited) I've been reflashing everytime you release a new version BW and each version seems to be more and more unstable (for me). As I said before the lock screen doesn't work well for me and still doesn't (5.1). Also when I turn my phone on it gets stuck on the boot screen (this started with 5.1). If I press the lock button and then press a front button it shows the today screen (weird). And there are some other issues as well. Do you think reflashing the leaked CC20 rom would help at all rather than just reflashing the PDA bin? I'm just having some problems others aren't and it doesn't really make sense as we all should have identical hardware. Edited June 8, 2009 by xpilesx
Guest Tuite Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 How do I disable the end key from disconnecting data?

Guest leland_jr Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Could be, give it a shot. Nobody else is having the issues you mention. Sadly I'm having similar issues. Mix of what appears to be H/W and S/W. For S/W I have a bunch of 'bad' boots -- phone will take a long time to load, sometimes will not unlock, and other times not load up Titanium. On the hardware side (or what I think is the hardware side) my phone randomly turns off and the only way to get it restored is to remove the battery and replace. Driving me up the wall.
Guest necosino Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Did you guys use any sort of backup restores that would backup reg settings?
Guest blazingwolf Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 awesome! thanks man! Let me know if something doesn't work for you. :D
