nope...

just got done reflashing the CC20 rom and i think the boot issue is gone...

a little more on the lock screen issue...if the phone is sitting at the lock screen (backlight on) and i get an email or something it works...the notification doesn't disapear...if i press the lock button or the phone is left go long enough that the backlight turns off when i press a button i am prompted with the lock screen (as usual)...the notifications are visible for less than 5 seconds...

Hey BW...I'm not getting notifications of someone calling while I"m on a call...I'm also not getting the normal notification of getting a voicemail.

For some reason I'm getting a text message whenever a voicemail comes in? Weird!

Hmm, seems strange. Have you installed a back up? What other programs are running? Are you using visual voicemail or any other feature from Verizon that deals with voicemail?

I just tested on my phone using 5.1 and I have none of these issues. I left 2 voicemails and I get a sound alert as well as the notification icon on the lock screen and taskbar. A second incoming call gives me a beep and the caller ID screen shows the new caller and gives me the option to accept or ignore.

I've been reflashing everytime you release a new version BW and each version seems to be more and more unstable (for me). As I said before the lock screen doesn't work well for me and still doesn't (5.1). Also when I turn my phone on it gets stuck on the boot screen (this started with 5.1). If I press the lock button and then press a front button it shows the today screen (weird). And there are some other issues as well.

Do you think reflashing the leaked CC20 rom would help at all rather than just reflashing the PDA bin? I'm just having some problems others aren't and it doesn't really make sense as we all should have identical hardware.

You shouldn't need to reinstall the CC20 ROM but it won't hurt (unless the device bricks).

Sadly I'm having similar issues. Mix of what appears to be H/W and S/W.

For S/W I have a bunch of 'bad' boots -- phone will take a long time to load, sometimes will not unlock, and other times not load up Titanium.

On the hardware side (or what I think is the hardware side) my phone randomly turns off and the only way to get it restored is to remove the battery and replace. Driving me up the wall.

That sounds like a software issue to me. Something is crashing and will not let you power on. You need to investigate by installing one app at a time until you run into the issue again. This should help to narrow it down.

Also, as necosino mentioned are you restoring a backup?

How many programs have you installed when this starts to happen? I have not run in to the issue when I have installed Google Maps.

Well, I installed Google Maps, Finger Keyboard, and the Calculator CAB you posted. After a soft reset they now show the default folder. As I said, I may be the only one with this issue. It's not awfully bad, I can still use the programs, I'm just being picky.

When I say lock button I mean the button on top (same as power button) when you tap it it turns the screen off and if you have the "When device is woken up, lock device" checkbox checked in the button settings it will be locked when it wakes up...

Don't use any sort of backup because I have all my important files on my memory card and my work has an exchange server so my contacts etc. are synced easily after flashing...after reflashing the CC20 rom and then your 5.1 the issue was happening before I did any installs or customization...I think the only thing I did was sync with my exchange server so I could send a test email to see if it was still happening...

Maybe the issue is with the "When device is woken up, lock device" checkbox in the button settings...do you use that option?

If you don't, uncheck it...

Well i flashed last night and i have to say i am very impressed this is nice. I have been running wozzers roms since my first flash. One thing i noticed though. Not sure if its just me, but when i flashed to wozzers version 3 my data was connecting/disconnecting, or couldnt connect for some unkown reason, it is now doing the same thing. any suggestions?

I just updated to newest build, and I am getting data, but my agile messenger can't connect. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

update, after multiple resets, it mysteriously started working this morning

What version are you using? The latest version has the calculator in it so you shouldn't need to install it again. :D

I'm not sure what could be causing the issue though as I have installed several apps to My Storage and everything is working fine.

Sounds like you have TitaniumWeather set to auto update. It can cause issues so I never use that setting. Try manual and see if that helps. Also, make sure that you are using version 5.1 as I had to fix a connection issue in version 5.

All right I have reproduced it now. It is an issue specific to exchange accounts. When an exchange email comes in it seems to lose all of the notifications on the lock screen. I will need to do some digging to see what I can come up with.

I don't know seems like the data connection is hit and miss. Sometimes it will connect and stay connected then it goes for about ten minutes when it keeps popping up connection attempts and errors

could someone explain how to add google maps to the today screen on titanium with like step by step instructions...i don't get how to add stuff on there...like a program..like straight up opera, not opera bookmarks...please help!

I dont have titanium auto updating. Its just acting funny i have tried doing the *228 a couple times and im not real sure it helps. I do have wireless sync set up with our server at work. I don't have anything else running and using the connection as far as i know.

The build will still be the same but I uploaded a new version yesterday that fixed a connection issue. The bin file should say 5.1 in it.

Also, Verizon has been having data issues over the last couple of days.

That sounds like a software issue to me. Something is crashing and will not let you power on. You need to investigate by installing one app at a time until you run into the issue again. This should help to narrow it down.

Thanks -- I did a hard reset and was still occurring so I think it has to be a hardware issue. That is unless your ROM is set by default to power down the device every minute :D

Am RMA'ing to VZW. I guess this means my screen protector goes away. Hrm. Maybe I'll upgrade to a Zagg this time.

Does anyone have a copy of the stock ROM that I can flash?

The only way to add it is through CLauncher. Just tap on add and then explorer to where the program exe is and select then choose an icon. CLauncher will step you through the process.

If you don't add your book marks to the Opera panel it will just open Opera at a Google search page. You can also link it in CLauncher.

I put 5.0 on I think...not 5.1 without visual voice mail. LOL it's so weird getting this nutty text message every time someone leaves me a text message! I'll put 5.1 on it tomorrow.
