For greatballs skin, do you need to load the at contacts and titanium weather panels that greatball posted? Or do the ones we have running on your ROM work?

If you want the same icons that are used in the theme then yes you will need to. I will have all of that modded in the next ROM and you will not have to change anything. :D

The fav contacts should work out of the box with the install of his theme.

LOL, I was about to ask this question. This theme is smokin hot (imho)! Awesome job converting it to wqvga. Thanks cuz I ran out of time yesterday.

I got permission from Greatbal to use his Titanium theme. :D It will be in the next release I will be using the transparent version which should look good on most backgrounds. I'm going to mess with the transparency and maybe the coloring of the clock to make it look better on the lighter colored themes like Rock and Republic.

that theme may be enough to move me off of m2d ;)

found a bug. when i get missed calls, i can't view them. or its hard to view them i should say. the 'View' button associated with the right soft key while in the phone tab does nothing when i click on it. if i have 1 missed call and i click ON the phone tab, it just clears the missed call. if i have 2 or more missed calls and i click ON the phone tab, nothing happens. i have to click on the 'Notification' left soft key to get into a dialogue that either lets me view or dismiss the missed call. if i click view, it just throws me into the dialer. also, if i have 2+ missed calls, i can't clear them from the phone tab. i can clear it though if i only have 1 missed call.

also the 'Large Display' in Settings>System does nothing when i click on it.

not sure abt missed calls but the 'Large Display' icon is disabled theres nothing wrong with it

If you want the new look for my ROM now then all you need to do is install this cab file. Not all panels work yet but I will be working on those. ATContacts and TitaniumWeather should work out of the box to fit the look. CHome and CLauncher will not.

That looks like a chat app that was specifically designed to work with twitter. I don't think you are going to have any luck finding one to integrate with your sms.

Well there are plenty of tweaks and apps I need to get messing with, and a variety of updates posted in this thread I need to install, there is one other thing I haven't figured out:

how can I get the start menu honeycomb interface to get back to 3 icons across, or maybe even sticking to 4 icons, but most importantly, removing the honeycomb pattern? Is that an easy trick? I want to keep the glow and layout but just the grid lines of the honeycomb I would like to get rid of. And maybe go back to 3 icons across.

Hi, maybe everyone else knows how to do this, but when I attempt tp copy the file into my mobile's Windows folder, I get "don't have permission" when trying from my desktop into the mobile. Also, when I attempt to copy the file from MY Storage into the Windows folder, it tells me I "file in use". Normally, I would stop the service and copy into the directory, or maybe even try in safe mode, but on a mobile, I have know idea how to proceed. I have remove Titanium Weather from my Clauncher using ChomeEditor, but it still appears to be running. Any input?

use resco explorer. if you are on BW's rom there is a cab that will do the for you.

You need to place the file I posted in the correct location. I have no idea where it goes in Wozzers ROM. In my ROM it needs to be in the Windows folder.

You need to edit or replace the StartMenu_GridScene_240x400.cpr and StartMenu_GridScene_400x240.cpr. Probably the easiest thing to do is just replace with the old versions. You will need Resco Explorer or Total Commander to do this.

Well, I have been following these forums for several months since I got my omnia. I finally took the plunge and attempted to update with the CC20 Rom. Thanks to everyone here, it was a success! Followed the instructions and went slow, and it really was pretty easy (though a little nervous at times). I then was able to successfully get gps working, and it took less than a minute using google maps. Very easy. Then, I went and updated with BW's 5.1 version, and WOW. Loving 6.5 so far. I have only used it for an hour or so, but so far so good! Thanks again to everyone for sharing their work!

Two questions:

1) I cannot seem to get the weather panel to work properly. I can access the weather, and I updated my city and that works fine. The radar also seems to work, though I haven't updated for my city yet. However, I cannot get the first few "views" in the weather panel to work at all. I just get a red "X"? I did try to copy the weather fix into the windows folder, and I did a full update. I did this before I even tried the weather panel, so I don't know if it worked or not? Any suggestions?

2) I had a lot of other programs added on in 6.1 (S2U, stock ticker, games, etc.), will these still work in 6.5? Is there a list somewhere of what will work and what won't?

You were supposed to put that file in the Windows folder and not the Program Files/Titanium Weather.

Here is a cab file for the weather fix. It will place it in the correct file for my ROM. It will not work on Wozzers ROM.
