Love the ROM your doing great work Wolf, I've found 2 problems.

1. When your not on the Message Center Panel it displays the words Message Center instead of an icon - see pics.

a. The 2 Text Bubbles the Orange and Blue one (Pic 3) are really small too. I think it would be great if they were big and in the same spot as the Phone Icon like (Pic 1). Suggestion; Use the Little Orange & Blue Bubbles as a Message Panel Icon. Or maybe a little Mailbox, that would be cool!

b. Also if possible move the text when your on Message Center Panel (pic 3) to the right. For example when your on the Phone Panel (pic 1).

2. Here's another issue when in the Contacts Screen (Pic 1) Touching the contact does not select them, this is also true when in the screen to add to your Favorite Contacts (Pic 2). You can scroll just fine by touch and select them with the middle button but you cannot select them by touch.

1. Message center has not been converted for Neo yet. I will get there though. :D

2. It works for me. Seems a little more picky then before but I am to select and display the contact.

As far as prep for flashing this ROM after the vzw beta has been installed what exact steps need to be taken?

Do the activesync settings need to be setup the same way they were for the beta sync?

What is the time allotment/settings needed to avoid the issue of bricking when flashing too soon after the beta flash?

1. It's been like that for me for several versions. I'm not sure what the issue but I am not sure that I can fix it.

2. Can't fix this at the moment either. There is only the normal window for touching. The icon you see is actual above the panel which is why when you tap on it it changes to another panel. I am still looking to see if it can be changed.

Not all panels are working with the new Neo Titanium theme. I will be working on getting all of them working but it will take me some more time.

AS to which is the best that is a personal decision based on what you like. Do a search for the topic and you should get lots of returns to look at.

Well, the sensitivity seems like an issue.

When panels allow for a flick left or right for slide on panel's pages, it doesn't always work so well. Especially flick going from right to left.

Maybe I can't get a feel for where to click/press on a panel.

It would be nice if clicking the big area will select in the panel you are currently in.

(I.E. on the applauncher panel... pressing the PLUS sign will switch the app to the "Home Service/Clock" panel on original layout)

Scroll up and down on the panels are a little laggy too.

Maybe I'm just being picky... :D

Find a picture you like and put it on your phone, then browsing your pictures, find it and click the menu button on the lower right hand. Select set as background.

Well, that is part of Titanium. To slide a panel you have to slide all the way across or it will snap back. Conversely, you can hit the arrow button and it will slide the panel in the direction of the arrow you are tapping.

With the Neo theme you still have to use the panel like before. You can not tap or slide on the bigger icon because that is actually outside of the panel. Look for the double arrow button and that is where you want to put your finger to slide or change the panels to the next page. I'm hoping to extend that but I'm still new to messing with Titanium.

I just recalibrated the screen and I'm still having the same problems. The only place I'm having these problems are in the Contacts and Favorite Contacts. Also it gave me that error again, and then reset my favorites again. DangITTT! I wish I could show you a video of what I'm talking about. To select or open up a contact I have to hit it four or five times. I'm uploading video now to on how i got error message.

*By the way I'm using MyMobiler and My mouse from my PC to explore the phone.

please try something for me. Edit the follow registry section and see if it helps.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GWE\Touch\Filter]

"MinimumTapTime"=dword:28

Change the dword to 0 wait for about 30 seconds and then soft reset. Then tell me if it works better. Thanks.

Better yet. Just install the attached cab and see if it fixes it for you. You should probably still reset after 30 seconds.
