Is there any way to get rid of the blue wait bar (you know....the status bar that covers the middle of the screen) on start up? It is very annoying

not sure if the new version fixes this, but at times when i reply to a text the keyboard is there but no matter what key i hit it will not accept anything, to fix i close out and have to send a new text to that contact.

i figure it like this i benefited from alot of peoples hard work the least i can do is pass on what i know and what i have to others only fair

as for the multiple redundant url's ive noticed most people don't read thru the boards so if its in every post it saves the "whats that url again" question just trying to take the lazy out of the equation ¡¡

Cant seem to change the red selection highlight would love it to be black ¡¿ other than that this is an amazing rom wolf please keep up the top notch work !! :)

I have noticed this before with the standard keyboard (I don't like it so I use Spb Keyboard). Except for removing the none English keyboards I have done nothing else to them. I will see if I can figure it out.

I am trying to learn how to change the power on screen so I can use a short clip of my kids. I have version 8 ROM and using total commander to change the ANI_POWERON file under the windows file. Does the clip have to be .gif or can it be .jpeg? Also, do I just copy and paste file using total commander?

ok first off this ROM is great! very fast and snappy, but i have one question after i flashed,everything was fine but then when i selected a different theme for the today screen a black square appeared on the today screen. now anywhere i go on the phone it has the black square. it moves every once in a while too. is there a way to get rid of this? like maybe installing spb or something?

Hmmmmm well the screenshot doesnt have the black square does this mean that my phone is messed up internally? cause when i run S2U2 it doesnt have the black square only on the today screen and all the windows mobile programs

Weird. Sounds like something is conflicting. You could try a hard reset and see what happens then. What version are you using?

hey blaze, i also see this problem but it only when i try to send a text from favs panel in titanium. I am downloading the new version now will try it out and let you know.

Please update to version 8 which is online now and has a lot of fixes included in it. GPS should work out of the box assuming you have turned location to on in the phone services tab. There is also a new program included in version 8 called GPS Quick Position which should provide much quicker locks. In some cases locks are taking around 4 seconds. ;) This app was found by Adrynalyne.

If the screen alignment screen does not exit then screen taps are not being recognized in the correct location. Make sure nothing external is pressing on the screen when you try the alignment. It may be a necosino said and your digitizer is going bad. Try version 8 and see if that helps you.

Trying version 8 momentarily and will do the suggested gps reset if it does not just "fix" with the new rom. Thanks!

where does the black square come out at? fingerkeyboard has an issue where it shows a square there by the start button if you have it set to hide the bottom bar.

For the GPS: Did you go to Settings - Personal - Phone - Services - GPS - Location ON and do a soft reset?

For the Screen alignmet: The screen alignment registry settings are built into the ROM and shouldn't need to be changed. If you're experiencing mis-touches or your touches are off, chances are you have a faulty digitizer... :D I've heard they're available, and not too expensive either ;)

Thanks for the GPS tip, I don't know why they bury that so far. I had to do that initially with the CC20, and totally forgot about it when I flashed with the BW 5.1 Rom... DOH!

Re the digitizer? available for a call to Verizon telling them your phone is broke?

Soooo....I am still trying to change the power on screen to my own .gif file but total commander will not let me delete or move the original ANI_POWERON file. I have tried to uncheck the "read only" box in properties but it won't even let me do that. What am I doing wrong?

Blazing, once again very nice work. have not seen the keyboard issue i was seeing before, but if i do i'll let you know.

And the gps quick position program, nice add-on 7 sats in under a minute in a hotel room, with IGo 8, very nice.
