Guest blazingwolf Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 Thank you so much blaze! I really appreciate your help and dedication. Regarding number 5....how do I do that? Please forgive me....this is my first time with this forum stuff. There is a new topic button. If you create one in the i900 forums then the button is on the right side of the screen under the ROM discussion forums.
Guest blazingwolf Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 just one thing i have noticed, is there a way to unlock the phone after you receive a call, to adjust the volume or turn the speakerphone on. maybe there a setting i am not seeing, other then that i have not had any other problems. During a call? Just press on the "D-Pad".

Guest chrisp304 Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 Hmm, I don't use it so I never noticed. I will look in to it and see if I can get it fixed. For the OPera panel are you using one for WQVGA? You can't use the QVGA one as the cpr files are different. That is most likely my problem with the Opera panel. Does anyone have a link to a WQVGA version of the Opera panel? Thanks.
Guest 70blzr Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 thanks, just call me a newbie. i'll try to not to waste any more of your time.

Guest blazingwolf Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 Where can I find this please ? <_< What exactly are you looking for? The bluetooth icon? Turn your bluetooth on and it will show in the top bar. Want to remove it? Then delete the shortcut in the Windows/Startup folder.

Guest blazingwolf Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 Hey wolf quick question is there anyway of uninstalling Batti, doesnt really work right doesnt display voltage or temp or anything. just wonderin I'm only using it for the battery meter and I don't believe it is designed to show temp. Uninstall? No, it is cooked in. If you don't want to see it any more just remove the shortcut in the startup folder.

Guest LarryP Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 Hello, I found that i was on an older release dated 5.25 you said i should go to the latest one. My problem is that when i flash the latest rom it freezes on the phone at Do Not Disconnect .... OS Flash Image Update....... I get one green bar... The UMDL software completes normaly but the phone never gets more than one bar. The Box turn blue and all is right with UMDL But the phone reboots and The SAmsung Omnia screen comes up and the progrss meter just stays in one spot. I can go back to the i910WM6.1.REV10.CC20.VZW with no problems.. but for the life of me I cant get 3.2 to load. Thanks,

Guest Are these my pants? Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 Hello, thanks for all your work! Couple questions. I have an orange line on the top of the screen above the start button, like the screen isn't set to fit correctly, is this normal? Is there any way to change the links for the main screen buttons (i.e. internet set to opera rather than IE, change default picture directory)? Can you add to the main screen (i.e. add Google maps)? 6.5 will take some getting used to..... Fun though <_<

There is one for Opera that you can install. There is also a program launcher one that you can install and link to Google Maps. Look in the WM6.5 goodies thread that is stickied in the i900 forum.
Guest imbolc Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 Blaze, 24 hours, new rom working great. Couple small things 1. seems that today screen (titanium setting) may be off a couple of pixels, have a small rainbow on top of screen, maybe 1.5 mm thick, even when I switched to a different back 2. had an to soft reset, wouldn't wake up...only once, so no worse than stock rom, by far suggestions 1. add in the tether unlock (i did it) 2. add the slide show cab questions, 1. easy way to adjust ring volume? or reg setting I can change? 2. Can I add things to titanium screen, or is it as is? praise 1. appears just as stable as stock rom 2. much more fluid and responsive than stock, and wozzers (sorry wozz, you still have a great rom) 3. touch sensitivity is great 4. battery life seems good, forgot charger at home in pittsburgh, work in buffalo, between charging on laptop, and 25 minutes each way to work, phone staying pretty charged, while running agile moblie to yahoo with the kids and normal use, few cals and lot of texts 5. you are personally very responsive and supportive 6. hell of a rom, once again -imbolc

That is a battery meter. <_< If you would like to disable it delete the batti shortcut from the startup folder. 2. Can you recall what you did before this happened? Suggestions: 1. ICS is already installed. You can find it in the start menu 2. Slide show cab? Link? You know the existing image app can do slide shows? questions: 1. Side hard buttons still control the volume. You can also tap the speaker in the task bar. 2. Sure. Just make sure they were designed for WQVGA screens. Look in the WM6.5 goodies thread in the i900 forum for a bunch of stuff. Praise: 1-6. Thank you. Glad you enjoy the ROM. :)

Guest imbolc Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 (edited) Blaze, hadn't used phone in a while couple of hours, maybe bumped something. Since reset no problems didn't play with it enough to find the slide show option... Edited May 30, 2009 by imbolc
