Open an image and then push on menu. There is an option to play as slideshow. It's not fancy but it works. :)

well one thing the a clock is not fuctional just an icon, 2. i dont remember where i got it from, stupid me didnt bookmark the page, but i have the file for it if anyone is interested let me know and ill post it up with intructions on how to install the theme

Any problem with geeting Google maps to work with GPS? Cannot get mine to find satellites. Worked with Wozzers ROM, but not now. Set GPS to local, not 911...anything else to do? Automatic GPS or manual set to com 8?

Hmm, should work just fine. How long have you waited for the first lock? It can take up to 10 or 20 minutes. Try both GPS settings in Google Maps as one works for some but the other way works for other people.

I've been hanging around for a while just testing roms and whatnot. So I believe this is my first post. I kept checking and checking waiting for a 6.5 rom. Finally I installed WoZZer's and it was pretty good. But today I installed your's blaze and...

...it is awesome. Very zippy and smooth. The programs removed and added are about perfect and everything works great. Love the start-up gif by the way...lol. Awesome work and thanks so much!

I downloaded the one without the gps toggle andits doing teh same thing again except the green bars on the phone got about 25% when the UMDL finished and rebooted.

Guess i will try to download again. Maybe if they were archived we would know if were getting corrupted files.

I downloaed your 3.1 version of 5/29 and get this

I"m thinking it is a problem with downloads from that 4 free download site?

UMDL has a pop up that says bad bin file...

I got a sucessfull reflash of the leaked rom... but now i dont trust that 4 free download site any alternatives?

Maybe its me... I'm using windows 7 so i downloaded chrome to try to dl from 4share... IE 8 was giving me files that were like 20kb when the final size is 9X.XXKB

UPDATE... Windows 7 IE8 gets corrupted dl's from 4share.

Tried Googe Chrome downloaed 1st time.

Try downloading the file again. It sounds like it might be corrupted.

Hmm, I'll zip one up and see if that helps. If not contact me by PM and I will setup a download just for you. Give me about an hour from this post and I will post a new link in the first post. Also, I use Firefox and have no issue with the download on Windows 7 RC.

Blaze, 3 days and running very well...thank you again.... do you have an opinion on a gps warmer? don't like beeline, can't use the gps toggle with chrome. Once gps locks after initial use, its fine... don't know, just rambling....

There is GPS gate. Overkill, but it will keep the GPS warm for you. Also, it's not that cheap.

Hey blaze...i think i found a bug...maybe...or it may just be how the beta is as it was happening when i was running WoZZer's rom too. Anyway, i get a text message and take my phone out of my pocket and press a button to turn the screen on...on the lock screen it says slide or tap (cause there is a new text message waiting for me)...for about 5 seconds or so it stays like that...then it just goes to slide...the text message notification disapears on the lock screen. It only disapears on the lock screen though...the little icon in the task bar is still there and the little 1 is on the today plugin is still there. Any ideas? I love the lock screen and want to use it for what it's worth...lol. Thanks for all your hard work again!!

It's a bug from higher up then me. I have noticed it too. Though, if you tap on the lock icon the notification icons should come back up (at least they have for me so far). I'm hoping this will be fixed soon.

Hey Blaze got the new ROM up and running for 2 days, nice, very nice. Just a couple questions:

1. I'm getting a lot of dialing #777 broadband connection, almost everytime I wake my phone I'm getting the annoying drop-down connection message. Don't know if this is normal or if the stock ROM just did it in the background, but I never saw it do it this much. The longest connection time I've seen since the new ROM is 20 min.

2. I have active sync with gmail for contacts, calendar. Also checking two email accounts every hour, making <5 calls per day, couple texts, no GPS or Wi-Fi and my phone is dead / 1bar after 8-10 hr. Anyone else having this issue, or am I just expecting too much from this battery.

Are you using the automatic screen brightness? If so turn it to manual and bring that thing down. If I bring my screen to full bright it drains the battery ridiculously fast!

When you initially set up activesync with an exchange it will set it to automatically dial out to update your mail. If you want to stop it from dialing out, or just to do it less often you need to change the sync schedule in activesync and any email addresses you added.

For activesync:

Open activesync

Click Menu/schedule

Set both options to manually

For email accounts:

Open the email account in your messeges screen

Click menu/tools/options

select the email account from the list and click the middle hard key to open it

Select sync schedule and change it to manual

It shouldn't be dialing out on you anymore after that.

Blazingwolf, thanks for the ROM. so far it has the potential to be the most stable of all the available 6.5s.

One issue is the alignment of the panels in landscape. Some of the lettering is all the way to the left, some is spaced over a bit. - may need to tweak the cpr a bit - I'm not gonna bother cuz I only use 240x400 just wanted to give you a heads up.
