Guest bga7x Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 I flashed 3.0 M2D, hard reset and pulled the battery since the page pool changed from the previous ROM. I synced all the contacts and stuff back via exchange but for some reason when iContact launches there is no contacts in there but when I go to add a person on the contact shortcut tab on M2D I have all the contacts available via Windows built-in contacts. Anyone else seeing this issue? I also cannot get a GPS lock. I switched to Location On and went outside with Google Maps and Bing Search and no dice. Edit: I switched it to Activesync instead of Auto on the options and all is well now. Great ROM. Thank you! Im glad you got it all worked out!

I don't know if it just happends to me but whenever I start IE the bottom two buttons are not there, instead I can see the background. And when I close out of it, it messes with other programs as well. I noticed that blazingwolf has an IE fix that looks like its for that, but it wouldnt work. I've flashed your rom again to see if it would fix it...no luck :D *EDIT* Also Gmaps just randomly decided to not load anymore(says it needs a networking connection, yet I can browse with Opera), when I try opening IE and close out of it the task manager shortcut (swipe up) doesnt work. I have a coupe questions for you, both are sort of similar ... I've been flashing between your's and BW's roms the last month or so ... A LOT ... and i noticed subtle differences in the wm file explorer on both rom styles.. 1) In BW's roms you can slide the file name and size bar headers in file exporer in able to, for exaple, read all of a longer file name you would otherwise be unable to see - it this possible to do on your rom, and how? and 2) In file exploerer in BW's roms if you hit menu button there is an option to create a shortcut to start menu for the highlighted file - is this also possible to do in your roms? They might be very easy tweaks, or they might be impossible to do cuz they're not cooked into the rom. i don't know. I'm sure you're the man to ask tho. ;) Hope to hear from you. For some reason I like using the new IE more. dont us IE that much but if you hit that circle with the 4 dots(i think ) the keyboard is the middle button!(i think!)
