Custom WM6.5 ROMs for i900 by Ryrzy

as of now, one observation -> touch screen is not being locked when Call is made/connected, when I talk on the phone, the buttons are being pressed...

I'm donating a very few coins, not even 0.1% of your work....

use start > settings > system > smart lock

select WM6.5 new lock, incall ock outcall connected lock.

copy tcalender.exe to anywhere on omnia

rename tcalendar.exe to calendar.exe

move calendar.exe to windows dir.

it must be done. do it everything with total comander.

I have already stated that I have done the above, but still does not work.

I had to do this for it to work:

-Calendar plugin. You can make it link to sumsung calendar instead of windows. SAme way as clock. Change this HKLM/software/microsoft/shell/rai/MSCALENDAR

You need to replace: :MSPOUTLOOK calendar with: "\windows\tcalendar.exe" /next

P.S. With "\windows\tcalendar.exe" /next it takes you to the current day.

With "\windows\tcalendar.exe" /all it takes you to your next appointment.

With "\windows\tcalendar.exe" /new it takes you to the appointment creation screen

I am using the classic WM6.5 rom and on the TODAY screen there are PICTURES which leads to the pictures on my device but I want it to lead to storage memory.

I changed the default storage location for image files to MY STORAGE in Advanced Config but it still just access' the device memory.

What else must i do?

hi..im newbi in here. and i just want to try new ROM from Ryrzy.

i already flash the rom on my omnia.

i have a problem :

- alarm, why the sound is not loud?? and when i snops the alarm, the second there is no sound played, can you help me what happen??

- afte i flash this rom, why sometimes i cant receive a phone from other number?? i dont, is somethin wrong with my phone, my sim card or else?? and sms sometimes so very2 late received. is someone here have the same problem??

Have you experienced call history became full... I have been receiving calls but I'm not able to see them in the call log, has it become full? I've cleared them & then started seeing next calls details...

ok i have 2 problems at the moment with this rom.

First i can-t make video calls.

Second problem is sms's. I received and sms only show the preview, don't be save on phone. And sound notification for sms's don't work :\

Anyone know how to fix it?

hi i have download the M2D for the uprade to wm 6.5 , but when i open it , it indicate "window cannot open this file", may i know how to upgrade the phone to WM 6.5? i also try to sent the file to my storage and when i open it it prompt "there no application associated wth 28205_M2D_ENG pls run the application first then open from within the application" Can someone assist me ,thanks. do i need to download other file?

Any fix for video calls?

well there is either two reasons that i knows of that would restrict video call and its:

1. probably flashing with this ROM made you lose your 3G frequency.

2. you need to install advanced configuration tool and change the dialing skin to default.

It has been already mentioned a few posts before!! videocall is working fine all you have to do is use advanced config which comes with the rom and change the dialing skin as wolfpack64 and few others have already mentioned!!

ok, videocall was fixed, and what about the sms's i'm the only with this problem? I receive sms's and i can only see the preview then in inbox folder there was nothing there... any fix for that?

Thanks, it locks the phone behind the "call options -> volume, end call ect" screen. In 6.1, it used to lock entire screen, it unlocks when I click on front button. Any other solution you know...

Hello, I'm from the Philippines.

I tried out a lot of cooked ROMS but all of them has this MD2 time bug. Since my time is GMT +8 when I use ActiveSync it changes my Omnia's hour time but not the minutes so I have reset it again after every ActiveSync session. The solution I tried that did work is set my region time to GMT -8 instead but that would put me in another region. ActiveSync seems to be happy with it.

Another bug I found is ActiveSync internet is not working for most cooked ROMs but its working fine on OCK's ROM. After Googling around I found out that this is actually Microsoft's fault.

Apparently, this also affects ActiveSync directly when trying to sync to Microsoft Exchange.

do you mean start > settings > system > power??? on battery power select turn off device and any other selections.
